# Change a campaign’s direction

Update the audience, dates or details of a campaign and check what needs to change in its content.

Change the campaign when the plan changes. For example, a weekend offer for couples may become a school-holiday offer for families. Update the campaign details, then review the content you have already made.

Where to find it: Open the campaign in Atelier and choose Edit.

## Decide whether the plan or the text needs changing

The campaign brief holds shared decisions: audience, occasion, concept and constraints. Edit it when those decisions change. Use the piece’s editor when only a headline or paragraph needs a correction.

For example, changing the guest from couples to solo travellers belongs in the brief. Replacing a repeated adjective belongs in the piece.



## Save the new direction



1. Open the draft campaign and choose Edit.
2. Update the audience, dates, event or details that have changed.
3. Choose Save changes. If Lumina lists dependent analysis to rebuild, review the list and choose Regenerate and save.
4. Return to Brief, Positioning and Plan to read the updated campaign material.
5. Open existing content from Library and revise any wording, offer or audience detail that no longer fits.

## Check what did not change

Campaign analysis and saved content are updated separately. Editing campaign inputs can regenerate the analysis, but existing Library drafts remain unchanged. Review their audience, language, market, offer terms and call to action yourself.

The canvas has a separate brief-alignment workflow, including Behind the brief and Change to review. Those labels belong to canvas outputs, rather than the campaign Plan.
