# Credits and prices

What is free, what credits cost, and what each action costs, in your currency.

Pay as you go is for trying Lumina on your hotel and using it when you need it, without a contract. Every action has a price in credits, shown before you click.

Where to find it: Your balance and the cost of an action show beside the button that spends it. Add credits from Billing.

## What is free

The first reply and the first music are free, and so are the first article, newsletter and ad from the start page. The account is free and there is no subscription.

Choose your currency. Every action shows its cost in Lumina before you click, and you only pay when the work is ready.

Prices at the 25-credit pack. With the bigger packs each credit costs less.

## If something fails

Credits are set aside when the work starts, spent when it is ready, and given back if it fails. Editing by hand never costs credits.



## Common questions

### Do credits expire?

Your work and your credits are kept. If your free start ends, nothing is deleted, and everything opens again when you add credits.

### Is there a plan instead of credits?

Yes. Hotels, groups and chains can have Lumina work for them every month, from €290 a property a month. Agencies have their own plan. See the pricing page or talk to us.

### Can I pay in my own currency?

Yes. The packs are priced in euros, dollars, pounds and Swiss francs, in round figures, and the currency follows the hotel’s country.
