# Start free with your hotel

Choose your hotel, pick the first task, and see the result before you make an account.

You do not need an account, a card or a call to see what Lumina does. Start with your own hotel and one task, look at the result, and keep it with a free account if it is useful.

Where to find it: Open app.luminafrontier.ai/start, or choose Start for free on the website.

## Choose your hotel

Type the hotel’s name and city, or paste its website. Lumina finds it on Google and shows you the hotel it found: its photograph, its city and its site. If it is the wrong one, choose Change hotel.

1. Open app.luminafrontier.ai/start.
2. Type the hotel and city, or paste the website, and pick the hotel from the list.
3. Select Continue.

## Choose the first task

Lumina then asks what it should do first for the hotel. Each task starts on the hotel straight away, and the first result is free, with no card.

| Reply to your reviews | Lumina reads the newest reviews on Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor and Expedia and writes the first reply. |
| Music for your hotel’s spaces | Lumina finds the hotel’s spaces and the moments of its day and composes the first music. |
| Your next article | Lumina reads the hotel’s own pages and writes a first article in its voice. |
| Your next newsletter | Lumina finds ideas in the hotel’s pages and writes a first newsletter. |
| Your next ad | Lumina makes a first ad from the hotel’s own photographs. |

## Keep the result

To keep what Lumina made, enter your work email. Lumina sends a link and a code: there is no password. Open the link on any device and the result is waiting in your account, with the hotel already set up.

On a phone you can make the account, then open the email on a computer to work.



## Common questions

### Do I need a card to start?

No. The first result of each task is free, and the account is free. You buy credits only when you want more.

### Is there a subscription?

Not on pay as you go. You pay for what you use with credits. Hotels and agencies that want Lumina to work every month can talk to us about a plan.

### Why does Lumina ask for my hotel first?

Everything Lumina makes starts from the hotel itself: its reviews, its website, its photographs and its spaces. Choosing the hotel first means the first result is about your hotel, not an example.
