Eden Rock spa in St Barths: 3 cabins inside the rock, prices and how to book

Eden Spa & Wellbeing is a sitting room designed as a yacht on land and 3 discreet cabins, which the gym’s page places “at the heart of the Rock”; the hotel’s Q&A adds a beachfront cabana and says a range of treatments can also be given in select suites. It opens every day from 10am to 8pm. The house line is Ligne St Barth, a family business that has made its products on the island for 40 years.

The booking site lists 5 massages, all with Ligne St Barth products. Massage Bliss, slow and deep, is €190 for 60 minutes and €260 for 90. Intenseness works on the muscles with kneading and stretching, Sunshine is suggested for the morning or after the sun, and Chill Out uses warm shells with avocado oil and tiare flower; each starts from €190. Eden Flower, created for this spa, is 60 minutes at €190; the booking site describes it as a massage of the back and head, the spa’s own page as back, arms and head.

Faces are Dr. Sturm’s: the Signature Sturm Glow and the Men’s Facial each last 60 minutes and cost €230. Her anti-ageing body treatment, an exfoliation with a body brush followed by massage, is €160 for 60 minutes, and a lymphatic drainage by the Renata França method is €200. The spa’s page also names HydraFacial, Westman Atelier and Idalmi nail care among its brands; the booking site, read on 11 October 2026, listed no treatment under those names.

The Boat Room is a separate room for skin and scalp, created with the skincare house SeeMyCosmetics. A Korean lift or an Exoscalp treatment takes 25 minutes and costs €130; the Longevity Exosome treatment takes 45 minutes and costs €270. Lash and brow lifts are done here too. It is booked with the spa team by e-mail or telephone.

The medi-spa is machines, all non-invasive and, in its brochure, supervised by a doctor it names. EMFace, for the muscles and skin of the face, is a 20-minute session on the page and in the brochure’s text, and the brochure prices it as “30 minutes – 500€”; EMSculpt Neo is €450 a zone or €1,500 for 4 sessions; Lymphastim pressotherapy runs from €130 for 30 minutes to €200 for 60. Exilis, radiofrequency and ultrasound to firm the skin, starts at €300 for a small area of the face and reaches €900 for the abdomen and hips or the full thighs. CoolSculpting is on the page and has no price in the brochure.

Yoga is on the Yoga Deck or in a villa, with a teacher of ashtanga, vinyasa and yin: €160 for a private hour, €60 for each extra person, €50 for a group session. Once a month, at full moon, she leads a ritual at dusk with sound bath, meditation and journaling. Reiki and meditation are €160 an hour and sound healing €200. In the gym, open from 6.30am to 10pm, the 2 coaches are an Olympic wrestler turned trainer and a 12-time French champion in judo and sambo: an hour of personalised coaching is €170, a Pilates Reformer session €190.

Guests write little about the spa, and what they write splits. A villa guest in January 2025 called it «great as well, superb!», and a guest writing in French in September 2023 praised «le spa incroyable de luxe et de volupté» and recommended its drainage treatments. In June 2025 one guest gave a single star to the massage prices alone, calling them «ridiculously expensive». Another, in April 2022, wrote that the gym «could be a bit bigger».

Cheval Blanc St-Barth has 5 treatment rooms and a pavilion in its gardens for Guerlain rituals. Le Barthélemy’s Le Spa works with La Mer and lists a hammam and a sauna among its facilities. At Le Toiny, massages and treatments are given in the privacy of the suite.
