Four Seasons Hotel Toronto: Café Boulud, Boulud’s brasserie
Café Boulud in Toronto is Daniel Boulud’s French brasserie inside the Four Seasons in Yorkville, with rotisserie dishes as its signature. Executive chef William Kresky runs the kitchen, on a menu that follows the seasons and joins brasserie classics to local ingredients.

The choice, in short
Why choose Four Seasons Hotel Toronto
Bar en paupiette, Daniel Boulud’s signature sea bass wrapped in crisp potato, with leek fondue and sauce meurette: it is on the menu at lunch and dinner.
LunchWhen to look elsewhere
Thursday to Saturday evenings are the wrong time for a quiet dinner for 2: on the ground floor d|bar has a DJ from 9.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays and from 5.30pm on Saturdays, and in October 2026 2 diners found the room noisy.
The tasting menuWhat to eat
Dinner starters include the yellowfin tuna tartelette with dashi jelly (C$37), the Quebec foie gras terrine with Concord grape jelly (C$38), roasted veal sweetbreads grenobloise (C$44) and hand-cut beef tartare (C$35).2
To share between 2: the whole rotisserie chicken with morel cream sauce (C$135), roast Peking duck with confit legs and sweetcorn risotto (C$165), and a 16 oz Japanese F1 wagyu striploin (C$295).2
To finish there is the chocolate île flottante with salted caramel ice cream (C$22), warm lemon madeleines (C$18) and the chef’s choice of cheese (C$29).2
