Q: What does a member pay?

Membership4 is £4,250 a year plus a £1,000 joining fee. Members get a member rate of 20% off bedrooms and 20% off food and drink, skip the 5% and take the Thermal Journey free. A dog costs them £50 a night.

Can you pay Estelle Manor prices without being a member? Yes: on Tuesday 5 January 2027 a Cosy Room with breakfast costs £650 for 2 from the hotel, VAT in, plus a 5% service charge that members skip. Eynsham Baths adds £155 each.

Estelle Manor night by night, November 2026 to September 2027

Google’s lowest line¹ is in pounds, for 2, VAT in. Most nights in November start between £770 and £975, and most in December between £770 and £925. Then it falls: a typical night starts at £650 in January, £675 in February, £700 in March and £800 in April.

Saturdays mostly have no price, and neither does any night from Monday 21 December to Sunday 3 January. Those weeks sell as festive stays⁹: 3 nights from Thursday 24 December cost from £9,750 in a Country Room, and 2 nights from Thursday 31 December from £6,060 in a Stable Bedroom, with dinners and breakfasts in. For Christmas, ask what a smaller room costs. After April the line almost stops, with 5 priced nights in 5 months, so ask the hotel for summer rates.

The hotel names its rooms. For Tuesday 5 January² a Cosy Room with breakfast costs £650, a Stable Room £725 and a Walled Garden Room £800. The Cosy Room costs £925 on Tuesday 8 December and £1,550 on Saturday 28 November, and on those 3 nights Michelin Guide Hotels, a reseller that names no room, shows the same figure. Monday 15 March is the exception: Bookhotel.direct and mrandmrssmith.com, resellers that name no room, show £595, and the hotel shows a Cosy Room at £700. Ask a reseller which room that buys and whether it is a member rate.

Tuesday 5 January as a bill for 2 non-members. Cosy Room with breakfast £650. Service charge³ at 5%, £33. That makes £683, and 2 places on the Thermal Journey⁶ take it to £993.

A guest in May 2026¹² came away feeling that every part of the stay carried an extra charge. Another, in August 2026, objected to £58 on the bill as a room service tip.

5 things to settle before paying

Ask what each breakfast rate refunds
Most rooms have a Best Available rate and a dearer Flexible one: £748 against £650 for the Cosy Room on 5 January. Get the difference in writing.
Ask to see the 5% on your quote
It is discretionary and shared among staff, so you can raise it at the desk.
Book the session with the room
It runs 180 minutes at 9am, noon, 3pm or 6pm, from age 18, and cancelling inside 24 hours costs the full price.
Choose the building before the price
Nobody under 13 sleeps in a Manor House room, and the Cosy Room is one of those. Walled Garden Rooms take extra beds, at £50 from age 5.
Email reservations before you arrive
A dog costs £100 a night and sleeps anywhere except the Manor House rooms.

The Cosy Room¹⁰ is the smallest of the 108: 21 m² in the Manor House, for 2. If you want more space for little more money, the Stable Room next on the ladder has 35 m².
