Jumeirah Al Naseem, Summersalt Beach Club: AED 650 on weekdays, AED 950 at weekends
Summersalt Beach Club on a Saturday costs 2 people nearly what a cabana does: AED 1,900 for 2 day passes, AED 2,000 for the Pool Cabana. Monday to Friday the pass drops to AED 650, with AED 200 back on food and drink.

Who Summersalt suits
Why go
Families: all ages get in, and the pass already covers the umbrella, towels, lockers and showers.
The day passWorth weighing
At dinner the beach stays out of reach: the restaurant asks AED 250 a head as a minimum spend, and a table alone does not open the beach club.
The cabanasThe day, hour by hour
- First arrivals
Passes book1 from 9am to 12.15pm and again from 4.15pm to 5pm. Your sunbed waits 15 minutes, and the first 2 rows belong to suite guests.
- The credit
AED 200 on the beach menu3 buys a AED 105 wagyu burger and a side; a Caesar alone is already AED 110. No food, drinks or smoking in the pool area, and nothing to eat or drink from outside.
- The sunbed
Left alone for more than 90 minutes1, it goes to someone else. Swim between the flags.
- The restaurant
Tables book from 4.15pm for 2 hours, with a no-show charge of AED 200 a head1. The kitchen takes orders until 10.30pm, the bar until 11.30pm. The shisha lounge is 21 and over.
