Little Palm Island night by night, November 2026 to September 2027

Google’s lowest line¹ is before tax and has a long high season. A typical night starts at $3,589 in November, $4,186 in February and $3,363 in April. On Sunday 2 May it falls to $2,667, June and July mostly stay between $2,145 and $2,446, and most of August sits at $2,029. September climbs again, with Monday 13 at $3,636.

A few dates stand apart. Christmas Day starts at $5,973 and the 2 nights after it at $5,880, New Year’s Eve at $5,219 and Sunday 14 February at $5,346. 2 weekends jump because the resort’s lowest suite those nights is the Romance¹⁷: Friday 13 and Saturday 14 November at $5,114, Friday 8 and Saturday 9 January¹⁸ at $5,451. 29 nights have no price, among them 15 and 16 January, 12 and 13 February and 9 and 10 April: phone the resort for those.

Few sellers carry the island, and none of them names a suite. On Tuesday 8 December the lowest figure comes from Michelin Guide Hotels², a reseller that names no suite: $3,548 before tax, $3,931 with it. It is the only seller on Tuesday 12 January at $3,722 and Saturday 13 March at $4,418, and Tablet Hotels the only one on 2 August at $2,029, all before tax. At Christmas 3 appear, also before tax: Michelin Guide Hotels $5,973, SKYLARK $6,018 and mrandmrssmith.com $6,258. The resort itself asks $4,152 on 12 January⁵ and $4,928 on 13 March⁶ for an Island Escape Suite, tax in, free to cancel up to 30 days before arrival. On 25 December⁴ its lowest suite is the Romance. Before you hold a reseller’s figure against those, ask which suite it sells and what it refunds.

Tuesday 8 December as a bill from the resort, Island Escape Suite for 2. Rate³ $3,059. Resort fee⁸ at 15%, $459. Tax at 12.5% on the 2 together, $440. Total $3,958. Add the sample prix-fixe dinner¹⁵ for 2 at $205 each, with 7.5% tax and the 22% gratuity, and the day reaches about $4,489.

A guest in June 2026¹⁶, on a booking with breakfast and the resort fee prepaid, found both charged again at check-out, nearly $400. Another, in April 2026, enjoyed having no bills to sign because everything goes straight to the room.

5 things to settle before paying

Ask whether Luxury of Anticipation is open on your dates
It takes up to 25% off for booking 30 days ahead, and you pay everything at once with no refund. Take it only when your dates are fixed.
Add 29.4% to any offer’s rate
Offers are quoted before the fee and the tax, and the tax also falls on the fee. Ask for the total in writing.
Get the fare from the operator
The resort lists 4 operators and recommends none of them. Ask about baggage and what happens to your booking if weather stops the flight.
Tell the resort when you will reach the shore
For arriving guests the boat leaves at half past each hour, from 11.30am to 9.30pm. Outside those hours a Captain’s fee may apply, so ask how much.
Read the final bill at the Shore Station

What the entry suite is

The Island Escape Suite¹⁴ is 51 m², with 1 king bed, a separate living room and a deck with an ocean view and an outdoor shower. It sleeps 2, like every suite here, and accounts for 11 of the 30. The resort cannot guarantee a particular suite, so write down what matters to you when you book. On 8 December³, fee and tax in, the ladder runs Island Romance $4,863, Island Grand $5,510 and Island Premier $6,416.

How much is a night at Little Palm Island?

For an Island Escape Suite for 2 from the resort, fee and tax in: $4,152 on Tuesday 12 January 2027, $4,928 on Saturday 13 March 2027 and $2,263 on Monday 2 August 2027.

Is the resort fee in the price?

In the resort’s own totals, yes. It is 15% of the rate, so it comes to about $262 on 2 August and about $772 on Christmas Day. Google’s lowest line carries it too, and leaves the tax out.

Yes, in the resort fee. The crossing takes about 15 minutes from Little Torch Key, which is about 30 minutes by car from Key West airport and about 2.5 hours from Miami’s.

Which seller was cheapest, and is it the same suite?

Michelin Guide Hotels on 8 December, 25 December, 12 January and 13 March, and Tablet Hotels on 2 August, each on that night. Neither names a suite, so nobody can say it is the one the resort prices.
