I’d book with the hotel: on 22 November it asks CHF 1,100, the same as Booking.com and Agoda, with breakfast, minibar, parking, spa and tourist tax written into the rate, and free cancellation until 72 hours before.

Summer by the stay

A price that barely moves, and 2 months closed

The hotel’s price for 2 barely moves: the Junior Suite³ costs CHF 1,100 on 2 nights in 3 until Christmas and on almost every night in March, CHF 1,150 in April and May, with a few nights between CHF 1,200 and CHF 1,350. In January and February the hotel closes, and it reopens in early March. October 2027 goes back to CHF 1,100 from Sunday to Thursday and CHF 1,150 on Fridays and Saturdays, CHF 1,200 on the first weekend.

Summer is sold by the stay: on Google a single night’s figure¹ stops at the end of May: from June to September the hotel sells 2 nights or more. The rate changes too: in early June⁸ the flexible rate costs CHF 1,300 a night and Prepay and Save CHF 1,180, paid in full at booking and never refunded; in mid-August⁹ CHF 1,400 and CHF 1,270.

New Year is also sold for 2 nights at least, and the cheapest suite left is a Deluxe Suite with mountain view⁶, CHF 3,500 in all. On Google CHF 1,858 a night turns up on the 30th and 31st, and on the 30th it comes from one seller only, Esquiades: set it aside and ask the hotel.

On 22 November the hotel’s own line on Google², Booking.com, Agoda and Tripadvisor all stand at CHF 1,100. Vio.com, goseek.com, Etrip.net and dealbase.com ask CHF 1,058: on Google they show only a price, and the suite is named on their own sites. From the hotel, breakfast, minibar, parking and spa are written into the rate, and CHF 42 is no reason to look elsewhere.

A guest in August 2025¹³, at $2,000 a night, wrote that a wedding with loud music disturbed the stay with no warning. Another, in August 2026, at close to $2,000, described a party with music until 3 or 4 in the morning.

CHF 50 more buys the Deluxe Junior Suite with mountain view, 48 to 59 m². The lake starts at the Junior Suite with lake view, 48 to 58 m², at CHF 1,450 on 22 November, so the view of the water costs CHF 350.
