The Brando resort prices leave out the only way in: on Wednesday 9 December 2026 a One Bedroom Villa for 2 costs €4,870 all-inclusive or €2,900 with breakfast direct from the resort, before 18.16% tax and service. Air Tetiaroa adds €681 return each.

The Brando night by night, November 2026 to September 2027

Google’s lowest line¹ is in dollars, for 2, with tax in and the flight out. Most nights in November and up to 19 December cost $3,818 to $3,846. From Sunday 20 to Wednesday 30 December they rise to about $4,420, with Christmas Day at $5,591, and New Year’s Eve costs $4,968. From 7 January to 4 February no night has a price, and the resort’s booking page⁶ shows every villa unavailable from 12 to 15 January. From Monday 8 February through March the line holds at $4,482 to $4,663, May reaches $4,807, and June to September run from $5,080 to $5,309 almost every night.

The rows that state a plan on these nights state breakfast or less, and that is why they look so far below the all-inclusive rate. On Tuesday 8 December Hotels.com² names the Luxury Villa, 1 Bedroom, Private Pool, Beachside at $5,049 and Expedia at $5,242, both with breakfast and no free cancellation stated. Bookhotel.direct, a reseller that names no villa, shows $3,846 with breakfast on other cancellation terms: ask which villa it sells and what it refunds. The hotel’s own listing for Friday 5 February comes to $2,765 before tax and service.

Here is a real stay as a bill: Tuesday 8 to Friday 11 December 2026, One Bedroom Villa, all-inclusive, 2 adults. Villa €14,609⁴. Tax and service at 18.16%⁸ €2,653. City tax €8. Air Tetiaroa¹⁴ €1,362. Total €18,632. With breakfast only, the villa line is €8,700.

Booking ahead changes the picture. For Tuesday 13 to Friday 16 July 2027, the same villa⁵ costs €14,840 all-inclusive or €8,848 with breakfast for 3 nights, before tax. Those are Early Booking rates, with 15% off for bookings at least 60 days ahead, and they are sold as free to cancel. December’s rates are marked last minute, with a cancellation fee.

A guest in August 2026¹³, on a third visit, wanted better food for the price. Another, in July 2026, thought the minibar’s soft drinks should be in the price.

5 things to settle before paying

Ask any seller for the all-inclusive by name
If the confirmation says breakfast, lunch and dinner are yours to pay on an island with no other table.
Budget in euros
The resort quotes and takes payment only in euros; every other currency on its site is for information.
Book Air Tetiaroa with the villa and ask the current fare
It is the sole carrier, it follows the resort’s cancellation terms, and its fares can change.
Type the offer codes yourself
FLYFREE needs 3 nights on the all-inclusive, with travel until 31 March 2027; S4P3 needs 4 consecutive nights in one villa type, for stays until 30 March 2027. Ask which codes combine on your dates.
Insure the trip before the first transfer

The entry villa is the One Bedroom Villa¹²: 96 m², 1 king bed, 2 sofa beds, for 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Hotels.com and Expedia sell it as the Luxury Villa, 1 Bedroom, Private Pool, Beachside; ask them to confirm that name is this villa. On 9 December, all-inclusive and before tax, the ladder³ runs Family One Bedroom Villa €6,100, the 2-bedroom villa €9,830, the 3-bedroom villa €14,899 and Teremoana Residence €19,999.
