When to look elsewhere

Sunday ends early: the kitchen stops at 5.30pm, the doors shut at 7pm and only over-18s come in after 5pm.

Other rooms

A pub in a bank

The Wigmore fills a former banking hall2, redesigned by Martin Brudnizki’s studio, with a menu overseen by Michel Roux.

The signature is the toastie, served with a cast-iron bacon press2 so the cheese stays gooey. The menu counts it at 1,281 kcal3. Sharing is no surrender.

At the bar a Guinness or a Soho Lager is £7.755 and a glass of English sparkling Rathfinny £15.
