The pass1 runs from 9am to 6pm and the reservation is for one person. If you come as a pair, book 2 places; students should also bring their card.
21 House of Stories Città Studi: coworking costs €7 per person per day from 9am to 6pm, with free entry for students. Book a place; water and American coffee are included.

A working day between appointments, when you would rather sit at a shared city table than stay in your room.
The dayFor confidential calls or a group meeting, I would book a dedicated space: a day pass does not promise a room to yourself.
The roomsYou can change where you sit1: a shared table, a smaller desk, a sofa or an outdoor workspace. I would start at the long table for writing and move to a sofa when the laptop closes. You can book the working day without staying overnight.
The day pass1 includes unlimited water and American coffee. Lunch is your choice: the bistrot and bar are in the same building, and the pass gives you 20% off. That is the practical attraction for me: taking a break without having to find somewhere else to start again.
This is Città Studi4, Milan’s university neighbourhood. Free student entry makes the shared table a practical study spot too. Bring your student card to use that offer; a reservation is still required.
If a working day turns into a team gathering, I would change the booking. The events spaces5 include traditional meeting rooms, open or enclosed offices and coworking for up to 50 simultaneous workstations. These are different options: the number of workstations is not a promise of seats in one meeting room. Tell the venue how many people need to sit together and whether you need separate spaces.
If you drive, you can unload luggage outside4, but parking is off site: the hotel points to nearby affiliated covered garages. For a day with just a laptop I would take the metro. If you want to go out afterwards, the House’s neighbourhood suggestions include Bar Basso, Teatro Menotti and Spazio Maiocchi. Pick somewhere for the evening without automatically heading back into the centre.

Lunch2 is served from noon to 2pm except on Saturdays, when brunch starts at 11.30am. The pass gives 20% off at the bistrot and bar.
The working day ends at 6pm, just as aperitivo2 begins, until 8pm. If you need to work later, arrange another option first; a bar table is not an extension of the coworking pass.
The address is number 24. The hotel gives a 7-minute walk from Piola on the M2.

The rooms3 range from the single-occupancy Creator Queen to the Wizard Triple for 3. The Wizard King has a reading corner. I would use the shared spaces for the working day and keep the room for its end.

It gives access to the workspaces1. For exclusive use of a room, I would make a separate meeting enquiry5 rather than assume it comes with the day pass.
Yes. The meetings offer5 distinguishes traditional rooms, open or enclosed offices and coworking. Use that enquiry for a private meeting: give the number of participants and the layout you need, rather than buying individual passes and assuming everyone can occupy the same room.
