Sky Views Observatory costs AED 89, and for that you ride 219.5 metres up Address Sky View, cross a 46-metre glass floor and drop one level in a slide outside the tower. It runs from 10am to 8pm, no room needed.

The visit, from the metro to the slide

Level 0 or Level 1
From the street you come in at Level 0 of Tower 1³, near the residence entrance; the Dubai Mall metro link brings you to the entrance on Level 1. They ask you to be there 30 minutes before your slot.
The luggage room
Suitcases, pushchairs and shopping bags go in the luggage room at the entrance³, and only small handbags come upstairs. Outside food and drink stay down there too.
Glass and slide
A panoramic lift takes you up, the glass floor² runs under your shoes, and the slide⁴ wraps outside the tower down to level 52. You get one ride a ticket, on a mat, with your phone and sharp jewellery in a pouch. At peak hours the wait can reach 30 minutes.
90 minutes ahead
In peak seasons, to catch a sunset⁴ on the slide between 3pm and 7pm, book your entry about 90 minutes before it.
