Downtown, with the Burj Khalifa in front: the metro 9 minutes on foot, Dubai Mall indoors, the airport 17 minutes by car; the sea 14.
2 towers from 2019 with a sky bridge, polished and rather corporate: the character comes from the height and the view.
Rooms from 62 m² with glass walls; the Burj Khalifa only in the categories that promise it.
7 venues, from The Restaurant to Felicità, and CÉ LA VI on the 54th floor, selected by the MICHELIN Guide.
The 54th-floor infinity pool, the spa on the same floor and a gym open round the clock.
From AED 1,374 a night in summer to over 2,000 in winter, 8,622 at New Year; a 10% service charge, the 7% municipality fee and 5% VAT are added.

The scores come from 500 Google reviews with text, left from 2 December 2025 to 4 October 2026. The other hotels are the ones weighed for a stay in Dubai: for each we read its latest 500 Google reviews with text, or all of them where there are fewer, as of 5 October 2026. The score is the average of what they say, from 0 if they speak of it very badly to 10 if they speak of it very well. Where only a few mention something, the score stays close to the guide’s average: a handful of voices does not make a reputation.
