Overwater villas divide 125 m² into 72 m² indoors and 53 m² outside, with the pool and lagoon beyond the bedroom. Beach and Sunset Beach Pool Villas have 202 m², including 97 m² indoors, and an open-air bathroom among the plants.
Boduge Residence adds a service room, kitchenette and wine fridge. Outside are a beachfront pool, seating area and swing: small reasons to spend more of the day at your own villa.

The plan and its terms
- Use code ALLIN for a stay of at least 3 nights. Book a day or more ahead between 23 January 2026 and 30 December 2027, for stays 1 February 2026–31 December 2027. The quoted rate is per room and night on double occupancy. Rooms and benefits are limited, depend on availability and must coincide with the stay.
- Breakfast is at Seasalt; 3-course lunch is at Seasalt, Yakitori or Pibati Sul Mare; dinner is 3 courses or a themed buffet at Seasalt, Yakitori or Umami. Teppanyaki and premium/signature dishes are separately charged. Dinner at other venues, including Teppanyaki, Pibati Sul Mare, The Shack and Dining Escapes, receives US$75 per adult in food credit, subject to availability; it cannot pay for alcohol. Seasalt’s menu additionally excludes signature dishes, luxury indulgences and all side dishes from meal packages.
- Selected drinks are served at Seasalt, Mirus and Yakitori from 11 am to 11 pm. The minibar covers only the named soft drinks, beer and red/white wine, replenished once daily; other beverages and every minibar food item cost extra. One selected 60-minute spa treatment is offered per adult per stay, between 10 am and 1 pm, subject to availability.
- Taxes, service, mandatory resort fees and incidentals remain extra; additional guests and upgrades may incur charges. Groups, conventions, other promotions, tour packages and special rate programmes cannot be combined. Blackouts and arrival/departure restrictions may apply. Unused benefits have no refund or replacement, and the offer may change or be withdrawn without notice. Certain package components can be ineligible for World of Hyatt points. No complimentary transfer is documented by this plan. Seasalt’s menu prices add 17% GST and 10% service.
Beachside tables and villas over the lagoon
Seasalt draws on the Mediterranean, Middle East and Maldives. Umami and Yakitori turn to Japan, while Pibati Sul Mare serves pizza and pasta.

Choose the villa as well as the plan
All villas have private pools: 36 overwater villas across Lagoon, Ocean and Sunset, plus 41 Beach and Sunset Beach one-bedroom villas. Three 2-bedroom villas and Boduge Residence bring the room-page total to 81; the homepage marine section gives 80.
In Beach Pool Villas, sliding glass doors open towards the pool and deck, with the bathroom open to the air. Overwater villas have a private pool facing the lagoon. Confirm maximum occupancy for the villa you choose.

How long is the journey from the airport?
Allow roughly 45 minutes from Velana by shared seaplane, plus waits and possible stops. Choose international flights arriving before 3.30 pm and leaving after 9 am local time to fit the daylight window.
Does the Google price identify ALLIN?
The Google quote checked on 5 October 2026 leaves the meal plan unspecified. Select ALLIN for the same villa and dates, then add the transfer, to price an all-inclusive stay.
How does the spa fit the stay rate?
ALLIN includes one selected treatment per adult per stay, booked during the package’s specified hours. Other treatments have their own prices; ask the spa about day passes or access for outside guests.
Are the areas indoors only?
No: the Water Villa’s 125 m² includes 72 m² indoors and 53 outdoors; the Beach Villa’s 202 m² includes 97 indoors and 105 outdoors.
Why are both 80 and 81 villas quoted?
The current room introduction lists 41 Beach, 36 Water, three 2-bedroom villas and one Boduge Residence, totalling 81. The opening announcement and other pages retain 80. Connected configurations are not counted as new units.
