Aman Venice room prices: what the view costs

On the garden side, Aman Venice room prices stay low: a Palazzo Bedroom for 2 costs €1,265 from the hotel on Wednesday 9 December 2026, breakfast and 10% VAT in. The first room facing the Grand Canal is €2,585 that night. City tax adds €10.

For the canal, look at early December: on Wednesday the 9th a Palazzo Stanza Canal Grande costs less than May’s garden-side Palazzo Bedroom, €2,350 against €2,400 before VAT.

Aman Venice night by night, November 2026 to September 2027

Google’s lowest line¹ is in euros, for 2, VAT in. Most of November runs between €1,925 and €2,860. From Sunday 29 November the line falls to €1,540, then €1,375 on Tuesday 1 to Thursday 3 December and €1,265 on the 9th. Christmas climbs to €2,145 to €2,310, 29 to 31 December have no price, and Friday 1 January is €5,070, with just 3 sellers left and no room named: ask what it buys. From 7 January to 2 February no night has a price, and on Wednesday 20 January⁸ the hotel’s page sells no room, only The Coccina’s Apartment on request. February and March mostly stay between €1,375 and €2,000, and April between €1,925 and €2,540.

The line goes quiet from 21 April to 18 June, and the hotel does not: on Wednesday 12 May⁶ its page sells a Palazzo Bedroom at €2,400 before VAT. From 19 June to 26 September the line runs from €2,155 to €3,145, with gaps. Try those missing nights on the hotel’s page before you assume they are gone.

Where sellers appear, they sit within €10 of each other. On Wednesday 9 December Bookhotel.direct² shows €1,265, the hotel’s rate with VAT and nothing else; Trip.com, Tripadvisor and Bluepillow show €1,275. The same €10 separates them on 8 and 22 December and on 6 March. It is the size of the city tax for 2, so ask each seller whether it is in. None of them names a room; the hotel’s own page does.

Here is a real night as a bill: Wednesday 9 December 2026, Palazzo Bedroom for 2. Rate €1,150⁴, breakfast in. VAT at 10%, €115. City tax, €5 each¹³, €10. Total €1,275.

A guest in August 2025¹⁵ paid €300 for the hotel’s airport pick-up and called the rooms average for the rate. Another, in April 2026, found the room very basic for the price, and huge compared with other hotels.

5 things to settle before paying

Name the side of the palazzo you want
Stanza Canal Grande faces the water. A Palazzo Chamber Luminoso looks over the garden or has a partial view of the canal, so ask which one you get.
Ask the water taxi’s fare before you land
The concierge books it with a car to the mainland dock; it is your cost.
Check your dates against the access-fee days
Overnight guests pay nothing but need an exemption code. The 2027 arrangements are due by 31 December 2026.
Read the terms of any free night
Extend Your Stay is non-refundable and has blackout dates: ask them before you pay.
Get the free-cancellation date in writing
Trip.com’s line for 9 December is free to cancel until 23 November. On the Standard Daily Rate, ask the last free day and when the first payment falls due.

What the entry room is, and what the view costs

The Palazzo Bedroom⁹ varies from 47 to 60 m², each one laid out differently, with a king bed, a sofa or 2 armchairs, and windows on the private garden. On 9 December the next step up is the Palazzo Chamber Luminoso at €1,850 before VAT, and the first full canal view, the Palazzo Stanza Canal Grande, is €2,350. On 6 March a Palazzo Chamber Affresco with its frescoes, 49 m², is €1,900. When a seller gives no room, ask for it by name.

No. Your exemption code is the part to arrange before you travel.

Is city tax included?
