Amanoi resort prices: the pavilion, the night, the airport car

Amanoi resort prices start beside the lake, with no private pool: a Lake Pavilion for 2 costs $1,539 from the resort on Saturday 24 July 2027, breakfast, tax and service in. The airport car joins the rate only from 3 nights.

Amanoi night by night, November 2026 to August 2027

Google’s lowest line¹ runs in dollars, for 2, tax and service in. November and December up to the 22nd move between $1,649 and $2,232. January starts at $1,866 on Tuesday the 5th and comes back to it for 11 nights from Monday 18 to Thursday 28. From Monday 15 February to Tuesday 30 March, 17 nights start at $1,807, and in April 9 nights start at $1,656. The nights from 23 December to 4 January and from 5 to 14 February have no price, and the resort’s free-night offer¹¹ stops on those dates too. Thursday 7 January and Friday 16 April jump above $4,000 between neighbours near $2,000: ask what room those buy.

Summer is where the line misleads. From May to August it mostly shows no price or $3,405 to $4,198, and on Monday 2 August the $4,198 comes from Vio.com and Etrip.net². Vio.com calls it a Standard Room, a name the resort does not use; Etrip.net names none. To the dollar it is what the resort’s One-Bedroom Wellness Pool Villa comes to with tax and service, and that night the resort’s own page⁵ sells all 3 pavilions. Try any summer night there before you write it off as dear.

Few sellers carry Amanoi, and the resort is usually among them. On Tuesday 5 January it lists² a Mountain Pavilion at $1,866, with free cancellation until 20 December; Bluepillow, a reseller that names no room, shows $2,044. On Tuesday 8 December the resort’s Mountain Pool Villa is $2,232, again free to cancel until 22 November. Tripadvisor shows $2,218 and Trip.com, Skyscanner, Vio.com and Etrip.net $2,232, none of them naming a room.

Here is a real night as a bill: Thursday 8 April 2027, Lake Pavilion for 2. Rate $1,420⁶, breakfast in. Tax and service at 16.6%¹⁵, $236. Total $1,656, plus the car, because one night does not cover it. Sunday 11 to Wednesday 14 April starts at the same $1,656 a night: $4,968 for 3 nights, with the car included.

A guest in December 2025¹⁷ felt too many small things were off for a price they put at 2.3k a night. Another, the same month, thought it far dearer than it was better than a top resort in Da Nang. In February 2026 a third wrote «Worth the money!»

A figure with no room name leaves you to find out on arrival whether you face the lake, the forest or the sea.
Ask the fare before choosing 2 nights
Below 3 nights the drive from Cam Ranh is yours to pay, and the fare comes from the concierge.
Write to reservations for a night with no price
At amanoi.res@aman.com a person can tell you what a longer stay opens up over New Year and in February.
Copy the cancellation date from your rate
On the resort’s rows here it falls 16 days before arrival. Ask for the first payment date as well: its offers follow the property’s standard terms.
Ask how far your room is from Phase II

What the entry pavilion is, and what each step up costs

The Lake Pavilion¹⁰ is 95 m²: bedroom and living area in one, a king bed and a timber deck overlooking the lake. The Mountain Pavilion is the same size and faces the national park, $150 above it on all 3 nights that sell both. The Ocean Pavilion, also 95 m², adds $250 for the sea. A private pool starts with the 125 m² Mountain Pool Villa. When a seller’s figure comes with no room, ask which of these it buys.

How much is a night at Amanoi?

For 2 from the resort, tax and service in: $1,866 for a Mountain Pavilion on Tuesday 5 January 2027, $2,157 for an Ocean Pavilion on Saturday 30 January 2027 and $2,232 for a Mountain Pool Villa on Tuesday 8 December 2026.

Is tax included in Amanoi prices?

It depends on the screen. The resort’s booking page prints the rate alone, while Google’s figures already hold tax and service, so compare one with the other only after adding them.

Is breakfast included?

Yes on the resort’s Standard Daily Rate. A third-party rate should name it too: ask.

Is the airport transfer free?

From 3 nights, for 2 people at most. A third passenger is a question for the concierge.

Which seller was cheapest, and is it the same room?

On 5 January the resort, and nobody else names a room. On 8 December Tripadvisor sat $14 below it with no room named, so nothing shows that is the same villa.
