Amanyara night by night, November 2026 to September 2027

The resort has been shut for works and sells no night⁶ before Sunday 29 November 2026. From there Google’s lowest line¹, tax and charges in, jumps about in December: $2,272 on Wednesday 9, $4,928 on Friday 11. In January most nights start between $3,264 and $3,674. From Monday 15 February they stand at $4,410 to $4,896, in March they climb from $3,264 back to $4,410, and April is the way down, reaching $2,176 on Sunday 25 and Monday 26. After April that line has almost no nights left, so the resort’s own lowest rate⁷ takes over: a typical night starts at $2,176 in June, $1,978 in August and $1,942 in September.

Christmas runs on another scale. From Saturday 19 December most nights start at $6,528, and Christmas Eve at $8,448, because a compulsory dinner⁵ adds $1,920 for 2. Sunday 27 December and Saturday 2 January start at $7,680. New Year’s Eve⁶ stands at $10,752, and you cannot arrive that day.

Few sellers appear, and only the resort names its pavilions. For Tuesday 5 January² it shows $3,264, Trip.com $3,264 and Bookhotel.direct $4,768. Saturday 23 January reads $3,565, $3,565 and $4,845, and Tuesday 27 April $1,792, $1,792 and $2,650. No reseller names a pavilion or a cancellation term, so ask each what it refunds.

Tuesday 5 January as a bill, Tranquility Pavilion for 2 on Advance Reservation. Rate³ $2,550. 10% service $255. 6% facility fee $153. 12% government tax $306. Total $3,264. The Standard Daily Rate starts from $4,500 and ends at $5,760, and the $2,496 between them buys the right to cancel up to 14 days out, and a bottle of Champagne.

A guest in June 2026¹³ paid about $27,000 for 7 nights with tax and service, before meals and activities. Another, in November 2025, reports a T-bone at $160 and a one-hour massage at $1,100.

5 things to settle before paying

Price both rates on your dates
The gap moves: $2,496 on 5 January, $1,523 on 27 April. Decide what your flexibility is worth on the night you want.
Ask for Extend Your Stay
Stays of 4 nights or more get the fourth free, tax and fees too, on new bookings with blackout dates. It leaves out The Amanyara Pavilion and the villas, so ask which rate it sits on.
Ask what the airport car costs
It is a 25-minute drive from the airport, so get the fare before you land.
Ask for menus with prices
Get them before you plan 2 meals a day on top of the rate.
Ask what the closure changed
Aman calls it a series of thoughtful enhancements. Ask whether anything is unfinished on your dates.

The conditions, line by line

Advance Reservation	Paid in full at booking, with no cancellation at all.
Standard Daily Rate	30% at booking, the rest 14 days before arrival. Inside 14 days, a cancellation, a no-show or an early departure costs the full room charge plus tax.
Festive stays	Bookings made since 1 September are prepaid in full and cannot be cancelled.
Minimum stays	7 nights arriving on 26 or 30 December, 4 on 13 and 14 February and from 25 to 28 March, 3 from 15 to 17 January and from 27 to 30 May.
Extra guest	$270 an adult and $45 a child of 4 to 11 a night, before the 28%. Under 4, free.

What the entry pavilion is

A Tranquility Pavilion: the bed under its canvas canopy and the terrace with a table and 2 chairs, open to the greenery.

The Tranquility Pavilion¹⁰ is 65 m², with a king bed or 2 twins, looking onto the ponds. The sea and a private pool both cost more. On Advance Reservation on 5 January the next steps are the Alcove Pavilion¹¹, 79 m², at $3,526, and the Pool Pavilion¹², 65 m² with its own infinity pool, at $5,875.

For a Tranquility Pavilion for 2 from the resort, tax, charges and breakfast in: $8,448 on Thursday 24 December 2026, $3,264 on Tuesday 5 January 2027 and $1,792 on Tuesday 27 April 2027.

Are tax and service in the price?

Yes, on every night’s price here. Before them the 5 January rate is $2,550, so check which of the 2 a quote shows.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, on both rates. It is the only meal that is.

Is there a rate you can cancel?

Yes, the Standard Daily Rate. The lowest on this page is $3,315 for a Tranquility Pavilion on 27 April.

When does Amanyara reopen?

Nights are on sale from Sunday 29 November 2026. The works were due to end on 1 November.

Which seller was cheapest, and is it the same pavilion?

The resort and Trip.com showed the same figure on 5 January, 23 January and 27 April. Trip.com names no pavilion, so ask which one it sells.
