What can I order at weekday lunch?

Monday to Friday, there are 2 courses for €49 or 3 for €60. The menu changes weekly; public holidays and congress periods are excluded.¹

Can I have breakfast without staying at the Carlton?

Yes, outside congress periods and subject to availability, without a reservation. Riviera’s buffet is served daily, 7:30am–11am.³

What does Sunday brunch cost?

Dolce Vendemmia costs €125 per person through 15 November 2026; Enchanted Garden costs €135 from 22 November 2026 to 14 March 2027. Drinks are excluded. An extra €55 adds a glass of Champagne and unlimited white, rosé and red wine. It runs 12:30pm–3pm, with live music.⁴
