Google’s lowest line¹ spends 2 long stretches near €1,900. In January to April and again in August and September a typical night costs between €1,913 and €1,933. Across the year a Friday or Saturday typically costs €2,026, any other night about €1,930. November is dearer at €2,160, with Friday 27 and Saturday 28 at €3,552 and €3,570. Christmas stays at €3,092 from the 24th to the 26th, and €3,500 follows on Wednesday 30 December.

Roland-Garros⁸ runs from 17 May to 6 June 2027, and the line jumps from €1,930 to €2,529 on Friday 21 May. June is the dearest month, with a typical night at €2,934, then July at €2,513. From Tuesday 3 August it is back at €1,877. 41 nights have no price: New Year’s Eve, 19 to 29 January, 1 to 9 March, 3 to 5 June, 14 to 20 and 22 to 27 June, 5 to 8 July. For those dates, ring the hotel.

Now Tuesday 17 November, seller by seller. The hotel² lists €2,300 with breakfast for 2 and free cancellation until 15 November, and names no room. Booking.com’s Deluxe Room is €2,165 with taxes and fees, no breakfast, free cancellation until 14 November. Agoda and Wego show €2,332, and one or the other sits €32 above the hotel on all 5 nights here, the size of the city tax for 2. Super.com, a reseller that names no room, shows €2,129. Its €1,841 for Monday 10 May is listed as non-refundable with breakfast out, a different thing to buy.

New Year is a suite night. On Friday 1 January 2027 the hotel lists €7,000 and Booking.com sells a Seine Suite at €6,532, its lowest offer, so that figure is no price for a Deluxe.

That Tuesday as a bill, from the hotel: €2,300 plus city tax⁷ of €15.93 each for 2 makes €2,332, breakfast in. On a rate without it, visitors in 2025¹⁰ paid €70 a head for breakfast, so ask the price for your dates.

A guest who stayed in March 2026¹⁰ wrote of a nightly rate close to €3,000. One in a Balcony Junior Suite in November 2025 called it a splurge and worth every penny. One in August 2025 found rooms fairly small, works from 7 in the morning, and 2 of 3 restaurants closed in early August, so ask about both for a summer stay.

The entry room is the Deluxe Room⁴: 45 m², a Haussmannian view, a dressing room, a bath and a hammam shower, 3 guests at most. Booking.com prices it for 3 at €2,396 on 17 November. The same 45 m²⁵ also comes as the Louvre Deluxe Room, facing the colonnade, and as the Balcony Deluxe, which sleeps only 2. The Parisian Deluxe Room has 48 m² and a side view of the Seine, the Pont Neuf Deluxe 65 m². The Seine Junior Suite and the Balcony Junior Suite, 55 m², face the river.
