The new plan applies to stays from 1 November 2026, and the reviews read up to 5 October still describe the previous one. Marlin charges for food on every plan, and the page does not say how many Iru dinners a stay includes.

Aarah is Cinnamon’s Velifushi in Vaavu, distinct from its other islands. Note 9 of the John Keells Hotels interim statement at 31 March 2020 records commencement on 1 October 2019 and 90 rooms through Tranquility. That count is historical; 5 current categories do not independently reconfirm the total unit inventory in 2026.

We read the latest 500 Google reviews with text, from 22 October 2023 to 5 October 2026. Staff fare well in these accounts; for the bill, the plan is the thing to read first, since food at Marlin is charged on every board basis. These are experiences from that period, before the November 2026 plan. The Google listing read contains 1,925 ratings at 4.8/5. In June 2025 a guest described returning to the same table at every meal; in January 2026 others remembered waiters quickly learning their favourite drinks.

The deck becomes part of the day: descending into the lagoon differs from booking a Dive & Sail dive. Nurse-shark excursions in reviews are organised trips rather than promised sightings beneath the villa.

For stays from 1 November 2026, More Island Indulgence lists breakfast, lunch and dinner, selected Fen snacks, selected alcoholic and soft drinks, daily replenishment of selected minibar items and an Iru à la carte dinner. The page does not count Iru dinners per stay. It also lists non-motorised sports, basic snorkelling equipment, 2 resort events and turndown. Excursion extras have separate terms, including equipment not provided for some trips. Direct booking lets guests choose 2 of a 4-course dinner, 45-minute spa treatment, island hopping and dolphin watching; stays from 3 nights add USD 150 credit once per stay. GHA members receive 2 experiences at Silver, 3 at Gold, all at Platinum and all plus a gift at Titanium, with enrolment before booking and availability for upgrades, early check-in and late checkout. These benefits belong to this formula and its tiers; Fly to Paradise has a different selection.

Room, sea and journey shape the stay.

Catalogue	5 categories, separate adult and child capacities
Spa	Mandara is the overwater spa. Its August 2026 menu lists treatment durations and taxes; room sizes and sauna or steam-room details remain unconfirmed.
Arrival	The January 2025 Visit Maldives source estimates 25 minutes by seaplane and names the boat alternative. It publishes no sailing duration or complete current fare.
Children	The resort publishes a playroom and child promotions. Collected material does not define a Kids Club’s ages, hours and supervision; room occupancy is a separate check.
Dated price	The 16 November 2026 calendar shows USD 641 for 2 adults. That minimum identifies no meals, category or airport journey.
Taxes	Current MIRA rates are 17% TGST and USD 12 Green Tax per person per day, exempting under-twos at check-in from Green Tax.

Sand or an overwater deck

The plan decides meals; the category decides space, pool and access.

You can forgo a private pool by choosing Water Bungalow: a published 100 m², hammock, bath and lagoon steps, for up to 4 adults. Sunset Water Bungalow with Jacuzzi retains 100 m² and adds a saltwater Jacuzzi, for up to 3 adults. Water Suite with Pool reaches 208 m² and 4 adults, with a private pool incorporating a Jacuzzi function, bath and 2 minibars; its page does not establish 2 separate bedrooms. On the beach, Beach Bungalow has 65 m² and lists 3 adults plus an infant; Superior Beach Loft has 2 levels, 79 m², 2 adults and a child. Published total areas do not separate interior and deck. An interconnecting room changes the booked combination without enlarging one category’s stated capacity.

Promotions do not make every stay benefit automatic.

Winter requires booking by 15 October 2026 and stays 1 November 2026–31 October 2027, code MALDIVESWINTER1. For 2 people, stays from 7 nights include return boat transfers; below 7 nights only one leg is included.

Fly to Paradise ends both booking and stays on 31 October 2026: its body gives 50% off seaplane transfers from 7 nights for 2 people without establishing free flights. Its heading mentions up to 2 children free but does not define their age there.

Direct booking allows 3 choices from 5 benefits: dinner, spa, island hopping, dolphin watching and conditional USD 150 credit; Silver has 3 choices, Gold 4, Platinum all and Titanium all plus children free. These differ from the new plan’s tiers.

Stay Above It All must be booked by 25 October 2026 for 1 November 2026–31 March 2027: all-inclusive only in Water Bungalow, Sunset Water Bungalow with Jacuzzi and Water Suite with Pool, with advertised savings up to 80%, code CMG; it does not establish free boats.

All 3 require new bookings, exclude existing reservations, depend on availability and are non-combinable.

Every transfer benefit requires both airport legs to be booked exclusively through the resort; additional people have separate conditions and charges.

Experiences and credit apply once per stay: consecutive bookings, room changes and sister-island stays do not multiply benefits. Credit is not cash.

Weather and availability affect excursions; equipment for some trips is not provided, distinct from the plan’s basic equipment. Taxes and Green Tax apply; festive supplements read are USD 150 at Christmas and 175 at New Year per child, without complete age or adult pricing. GHA benefits require enrolment and an eligible rate: OTA, tour operators, series, charters, aircrew, trade, employee/friend discounts, free stays, barter, certificates and vouchers do not qualify for those benefits. This limits GHA eligibility rather than prohibiting intermediary bookings generally.

The price distinct from the package
A calendar and 3-night search do not necessarily quote the same room. For 16–19 November 2026, USD and 2 travellers, Google’s Nightly total includes taxes and fees: Cinnamon USD 641 nightly, total 1,923.23 with 484.82 tax; Evendo 606, total 1,819.31 with 461.65 tax. Those 2 readings establish no category, meals or airport journey. Booking instead shows 646 and Superior Beach Loft, breakfast and cancellation by 8 November. Its heading of 50% boat saving for 1–6 nights, up to 2 guests, stays through 31 October 2027 differs from Winter’s single leg below 7 nights. Membership savings up to 17% are not a verified additional reduction of 641.

Questions before booking

Does the Iru dinner remove every extra?

Iru lists chargeable food across all plans, while More Island Indulgence adds one dinner for travel from November 2026. Its frequency is not specified. Marlin continues to list extra-cost food and a reservation, 19:30–22:00. Current menus include 10% service and 17% GST in individual dish prices. VAH’s printed PM–AM breakfast interval is inconsistent; lunch 12:30–14:30 and dinner 19:00–21:30 are the other hours read.

When can you plan spa time?

Mandara’s August 2026 menu lists 10:00–20:00. Arrive 15 minutes early; cancellation within 6 hours incurs 50%, with late arrivals finishing at the scheduled time. Pregnancy and health conditions must be disclosed under the menu. Pool hours 08:00–20:00 and a 24-hour gym are separate; the playroom does not establish a supervised Kids Club.

What does a treatment cost?

The 2-therapist Mandara ritual costs USD 185 for 60 minutes or 240 for 90 in the menu read. Balinese is 155/200 for 60/90 minutes; Harmony 105 minutes at 205; Ultimate 2 hours and 15 minutes at 315. Amounts include 10% service and 17% TGST. A 45-minute direct-booking benefit follows its promotion’s terms rather than including the entire menu.

Does the plan settle every child condition?

Capacity belongs to the room category and promotions have different age conditions. Family and Summer name 2 under-12s for stays and meals, with transfers separate; Fly to Paradise instead has a heading without an explicit age threshold. The playroom in material read has no verified supervised programme with ages and hours.

Should taxes be added to the Google total?

The seller search’s Nightly total menu includes taxes and fees. The same charge should not be added to that total again. For the calendar, inclusion is an assumed market basis. Current MIRA rules are 17% TGST from July 2025 and USD 12 Green Tax per person daily at resorts from January 2025; under-twos at check-in are exempt from Green Tax.

Is a gala dinner already included?

Discount terms carry separate festive supplements per child, USD 150 at Christmas and 175 at New Year. They do not specify the full age rule, adult cost or programme. That line does not include a gala for every guest or settle every other rate condition.

Does a month without a price mean closure?

The capture has priced nights through August 2027 and later months without amounts. An empty field does not establish closure or every category being sold out. Offer pages sell periods in 2027 without establishing availability for every night and villa.

What will you see beneath the deck?

Steps provide lagoon access. Photos, films and accounts show sea to explore without measuring coral, depth or current outside each villa. Sightings depend on the moment; organised-trip equipment and terms differ from swimming independently near the room.
