Conrad Maldives prices: the villa, the seaplane, the real bill

No, and you cannot skip it: the resort3 makes a seaplane or speedboat transfer mandatory and leaves it out of every villa rate.

The nearest is the Ultimate Rangali Experience6, from 3 nights: 3 meals plus a selection of drinks at named outlets, priced per person. In-villa dining and the minibar stay outside it.

Conrad Maldives prices leave out the way there: a Beach Villa for 2 costs $1,180 from the hotel on Tuesday 8 December 2026, tax in, and the compulsory transfer adds $700 per adult by seaplane. On Friday 7 May 2027 that villa costs $863 on Booking.com.

The Conrad night by night, November 2026 to September 2027

The year comes in 3 steps. Until 20 December a night stays between $1,046 and $1,376, with November’s typical night at $1,055¹. On Sunday 10 January 2027 it jumps to $1,482 and keeps climbing: February’s typical night is $1,796, March’s $1,587. After Sunday 4 April it falls in a week, from $1,587 to $1,090 on the 10th. From 7 May the floor is $863, for June, July and September too, with August’s typical night at $897. The weekday hardly matters: the typical night runs from $1,092 on a Saturday to $1,161 on a Tuesday.

2 stretches need a phone call. Between 21 December and 9 January, 10 nights have no price and the other 10 stand at $2,602; on the 22nd Wego is the only seller², so the hotel is the place to ask about any date in there. From May the prices turn patchy, with nothing at all from 2 to 6 May.

On most nights the big sellers agree. For Tuesday 17 November 2026 the hotel, Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Trip.com and Priceline all show $1,048²; Qantas Hotels shows $1,047. For Saturday 13 March 2027 the hotel, Booking.com, Agoda and Priceline show $1,565, and Expedia, Hotels.com, Trip.com and Wego $1,585. None of them names a villa or a cancellation term on those nights. For 8 December the hotel does, with no free cancellation stated: Beach Villa $1,180, Deluxe Beach Villa with Pool $1,442, Grand Water Villa $1,498, Sunset Water Villa with Pool $1,501, Deluxe Water Villa with Pool $1,610, Grand Water Villa with Pool $1,799. Free cancellation to about 3 weeks before arrival lifts the Beach Villa to $1,272 and the Grand Water Villa to $1,616. For 7 May Booking.com is the only seller naming a villa: Beach Villa $863 with no free cancellation stated, $1,047 with it.

Here is 8 December as a bill, Beach Villa for 2 from the hotel. Rate $898, 10% service⁸ $90, 17% GST on both $168, green tax¹¹ at $12 a person $24: $1,180. The seaplane³ for 2 adds $1,400, so a single night comes to $2,580. Over 4 nights at that figure the seaplane is $350 a night, and nobody has had dinner yet.

Read the meal plan closely. In March 2026¹³ a guest on the Ultimate Rangali Experience wrote of mains with supplements at Mandhoo: $16 on a chicken dish listed at $48, $28 on a beef dish listed at $72. The plan’s terms⁶ turn dinner at Ithaa, KOKO or the Wine Cellar into a credit of $145 per adult. A half-board guest in January 2026 wrote that next time breakfast alone would leave dinner freer.

5 things to settle before paying

Ask what the rate feeds you
Get the meal plan by name. If the rate is room only, ask the resort to quote the half-board offer on the same dates and compare the 2 totals.
Match it to your flight
Ask reservations how late your flight can land and still make the last seaplane, and whether your rate carries a reduction on the transfer.
Price the whole stay
Single nights with no price may open up inside a longer booking. Ask for your exact arrival and departure as one stay, and ask about any minimum.
Ask a third party what it is selling
Get the villa, the meal plan and the total in writing, and check that service, GST and green tax all sit inside it.
Write down the last day to cancel
Ask for the date and the time zone, and whose rules apply. On Hilton’s advance-purchase rates the card is charged in full at booking and nothing can be changed.

What the entry villa is

The Beach Villa⁴ is 150 m² on the beach, with 1 king bed, a lounge that converts to a bed, an open-air bathroom and a terrace with sunbeds. It takes up to 4, and the rate rises with each guest: ask with your real party. Neither the $863 nor the $1,180 puts you over water: on 8 December the cheapest villa on the lagoon that the hotel lists is the Grand Water Villa.
