Grand Floridian restaurants give an evening very different shapes: Disney characters visit the buffet at 1900 Park Fare, while Victoria & Albert’s has a single dinner seating for its tasting menus.

Ancient Grains at Cítricos brings together grains, smoked celeriac and vegetables as a composed plant-based main course.

A smaller bill

Dishes and bills have different scales

At Cítricos, the oak-grilled filet mignon is $62 with potato purée, vegetables and sherry-guajillo beef jus. This is the dish price before tax and gratuity.⁴ The dining room takes its cues from the animated garden in Mary Poppins Returns.³

Narcoossee’s Blackened Redfish is $55, served with chorizo and sunchoke hash, sweet corn hominy and red-pepper rouille. The dish price excludes tax and gratuity.⁶ Almond-crusted cheesecake ends the meal with Lambert cherry sauce.⁵

Victoria & Albert’s prix-fixe menu starts at $295 per person. Optional pairings start at $155 for wine and $115 for zero-proof drinks; tax and gratuity are extra. There are 2 tasting menus to choose between.⁷

Food-allergy restrictions must be supplied at least 5 days before dining.⁷

Both ask for clean, neat clothing in good condition; change out of swimwear before entering.³

Is there a plant-based main at Narcoossee’s?

Mushroom & Potato Cannelloni comes with confit tomato, mushroom conserva and sauce vierge, and is listed as plant-based.⁶

What happens if I cancel Victoria & Albert’s?

Give at least 5 days’ notice. Within 5 days the fee is $100 per person; cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows incur the full price.⁷

Can I use the Dining Plan at Victoria & Albert’s?

Where does dinner come with a view?
