Emirates Palace restaurants number 12 by the hotel’s own count of dining venues, and 2 of them, Talea by Antonio Guida and Hakkasan, hold a MICHELIN star. Dinner runs from a burger at AED 115 in Broadway to set menus of AED 600 and 750 at Talea.

A different cuisine each night of a stay, 2 of them with a MICHELIN star.
PricesSeveral kitchens open in the evening only, Talea closes on Mondays, and the starred set menus start at AED 498 a head.
Other Abu Dhabi hotelsThe palace’s dining page, each restaurant’s own page and the menus they link, all read on the same day.
Talea by Antonio Guida is the Italian restaurant and one of the 2 with a star. Its idea is «Cucina di Famiglia», the dishes Italian households grow up on, cooked by Luigi Stinga, Guida’s protégé and the first winner of the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi’s Young Chef Award: ravioli, burrata, ossobuco, vitello tonnato. The menu has 2 set dinners that the whole table takes together, Radici and Il Nostro Percorso, a risotto with star anise and pomegranate at AED 160 and a Milanese veal cutlet served tableside. It draws on vegetables from the hotel’s own garden.
Hakkasan, the other starred room, is Cantonese and large: 16,000 sq ft of restaurant, bar and lounge behind carved wooden screens, 4 private dining rooms and a terrace of 108 seats with cabanas facing the skyline. Its menu, on Hakkasan’s own site, prints the à la carte figures without a currency: the crispy duck salad with pomelo at 178, a basket of «supreme» dim sum at 148, and a whole Peking duck with 30 g of caviar at 1,398 or 1,888, by the caviar.
3 more are built round one chef or one technique. Martabaan by Hemant Oberoi is Indian, from a chef who spent 4 decades with the Taj hotels; a chicken biryani on its menu is 140, a figure printed without the currency, and its bar is called Tikka Le’. The Lebanese Terrace seats 90 indoors, among olive trees and stained glass, and 130 outside by the palace gardens. Strawfire by Ross Shonhan cooks warayaki, the method from Japan’s Kochi prefecture in which food is seared over burning straw; its private room for 18 hangs a Shimenawa rope 7.3 metres long.
Broadway is the easy evening: an American brasserie and bar, with steak and frites at AED 160 on its menu and a porterhouse at 495. On the Wednesdays listed for October 2026 a smash burger and 3 small draught beers cost AED 155, and happy hour, with drinks from AED 30, lasts 2 hours from opening. Elsewhere on the dining page, Sand & Koal cooks over open fire in the evening, ALMA is Mexican and Cascades serves by the pool, and Café Fountain is what the hotel calls its sunset hotspot.
Vendôme is where the day begins: the breakfast restaurant, with tables indoors and out, which lays up again for dinner. Episodes, in the grand lobby, is 4 counters in one: a tea apothecary, a deli, The Mandarin Cake Shop and a gelateria. Its deli menu lists a camel burger with harra sauce, a lamb bariya with Emirati spiced rice and, among the coffees, a «Camelccino».
In September 2026 one guest wrote that Talea and Hakkasan deserve their stars and that the breakfast spread at Vendôme was phenomenal; another, the same month, named the Lebanese Terrace as a favourite after 3 visits. A guest in July 2026 was on half board and took a dinner at Hakkasan for a surcharge. In June 2026 a member of staff advised a couple to book Talea in advance.
The pink steps and the arched entrance, the blue and gold dome crowning the atrium’s galleries, the cappuccino topped with gold leaf, a room whose balcony looks over the garden and the bay, the beach with its rows of loungers, the lagoon with its slides and the lazy river, Talea’s lawn terrace in the evening and the children’s playroom.
