At Tamina Therme in Bad Ragaz, you can move between indoor and outdoor pools without staying at the Grand Resort. The sauna is charged separately, when you pass through the turnstile to use it.

Yes, from age 3, provided they no longer wear nappies. Children aged 10 or over may enter without an accompanying adult.²
