Wynn Las Vegas, The Buffet at Wynn: what brunch and dinner cost, and how to cut the queue
The Buffet at Wynn takes anyone with an appetite and no room key: $59.99 at brunch, $79.99 at dinner, both plus tax. No table can be booked, so an extra $5 a head buys you a place further up the line.

Who The Buffet suits
When to look elsewhere
The Buffet at Bellagio does a weekday brunch for $44.99, though dinner there runs only at weekends.
Other buffetsWhat’s on the buffet
Regulars start at the sea2: snow crab, shrimp cocktail and stone crab claws, with shell crackers, lemon and clarified butter to hand. Opposite, the caviar bar tops lobster rolls, blinis and freshly shucked oysters.
The carvers work through Sakura pork belly, turkey breast and prime rib, about 12,000 pounds a month2 of that last one. A richer plate is the Mishima Ranch Wagyu, 12 hours in the oven with garlic butter, beside Boursin mash or truffle mac and cheese.
There are 16 live kitchens1: sushi rolled as you watch, pasta made to order, street tacos, eggs Benedict. The patisserie finishes things with caramel-stuffed churros, cookies and gelato.

Questions about The Buffet at Wynn
Can you just walk in?
Yes. Reservations do not exist here: you join the line, and the one way to hold a place in it1 is to pay ahead.
Is the lobster included?
No: it comes only with the Ultimate1, at your table, and you will not find it at the stations.
Is wine included?
No, alcohol belongs to the Endless Pour; soft drinks come with the meal1.
Is it worth the money?
Guests split. In May 20266 one paid almost $100 a head in the evening and called the food great; in April another thought a $70 breakfast was not worth it.
