Wynn’s spa, distinct from Encore
A sauna, steam room and whirlpool, with admission from age 18. A booked treatment includes facilities use that day without an extra charge; the wet-area closure notice concerns Encore.
Rooms of about 59m², gardens and a golf course on the Strip. Wynn suits a stay built around dining, shows and time at the resort. Tower Suites adds a dedicated entrance and pool deck; the resort fee still applies, and benefits follow the booked rate.
A week here, month by monthWynn suits guests wanting gardens, pools and a spa to fill the day: one night for 2 adults from $178 in late November 2026, the lowest price any seller showed on Google. Anyone after only a bed on the Strip will be happier elsewhere.

I would ask for a Panoramic View room: all the amenities of a Wynn Resort room, with a view of the Strip or the Las Vegas Valley from the 28th floor or above.
Consider 23 to 25 November 2026: 3 nights at $178 for 2 adults on Google, read 13 October 2026. The week of 15 to 21 November 2026 ran from $256 to $2,918 a night.
Reservations are charged a daily resort fee of $55 plus tax for every room night, complimentary nights included. It covers in-room Wi-Fi at 15 Mbps, bottled water refreshed daily, fitness centre access and self-parking.
Caffè Al Teatro, a café serving artisan coffee, fresh café fare and a grab-and-go breakfast, is listed on the resort’s dining page as open 24 hours.
Pool time, a round of golf, shopping or dinner at SW Steakhouse, then a show: you can plan the day at Wynn without leaving the complex. Spacious rooms and gardens offer room for a pause; casinos and venues keep it lively. Allow for meals, tickets and activities on top of the room.
Resort rooms start at about 59 m²; Panoramic View moves you higher without changing the floor area. Tower Suites adds its own entrance and pool deck. For a separate living room and bedroom, look at Parlor or Salon; Fairway Villas offer another scale, with butlers and outdoor space.
For a sauna, steam room and whirlpool, book at The Spa at Wynn. Encore’s spa is separate and its wet areas are temporarily closed. The resort fee includes fitness access for 2; treatments and spa admission follow their own charges. With Tower Suites, check the breakfast credit attached to your rate too.
I would choose it to use the restaurants, pools or golf course and return to a spacious room. If you only want a base for sleeping on the Strip, weigh up how much of this large resort you will use: facilities and venues span 2 buildings and many experiences cost extra.
Lumina Guide 2027
Wynn puts rooms of about 59 m², gardens, pools and a golf course on the Strip, with restaurants and shows enough to spend whole days there.
Distinctions
What we found reading the hotel’s own pages, one thing at a time.
Guests like the Strip location; the resort’s scale involves walks inside.
Gardens, golf and generous spaces within a large casino resort.
Generous rooms and views earn praise; Resort and Tower Suite Kings measure about 59m².
Staff earn frequent praise, often by name; there can be a wait at check-in.
The buffet is often praised for variety and service; reviews also include visitors who did not stay.
For guests who pay gladly, quality justifies the bill; the daily resort fee of $55 plus tax comes on top of the rate.
What do Wynn Las Vegas’s guests say? They write it in their reviews, even those who only came for a drink or dinner: we read every one and tell the 5 things that matter, from the location to the bill.
9 in 10 guests who mention it are happy with it. Guests like the Strip location; the resort’s scale involves walks inside.
8 in 10 guests who mention it are happy with it. Guests write of spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds and the view, over the Strip or the mountains.

The scores come from 500 Google reviews with text, left from 8 April 2026 to 24 September 2026. The other hotels are the ones weighed for a stay in Las Vegas: for each we read its latest 500 Google reviews with text, or all of them where there are fewer, as of 1 October 2026. The score is the average of what they say, from 0 if they speak of it very badly to 10 if they speak of it very well. Where only a few mention something, the score stays close to the guide’s average: a handful of voices does not make a reputation.
The hotels we weigh it against in Las Vegas:
Price: for two on the night of 23 November 2026, from $178 (seen on Google Hotels on 13 October 2026).
Read on 13 October 2026, a night for 2 adults ran from $177 to $517 between 7 and 29 December 2026 and from $197 to $1,166 between 7 January and 31 August 2027, against up to $2,918 from 14 October to 6 December 2026. Outside the 23 to 25 November run, I would choose 7 to 29 December 2026 over 14 October to 6 December 2026.

Wynn Resort and Panoramic View rooms are about 59m², with a king or 2 queens; Panoramic Corner King is about 64m² and starts on floor 28. Tower Suite King and Two Queens are about 59m²; Executive is about 92m², Parlor 119m² and Salon 169m². Fairway Villas have one or two bedrooms, about 224m² or 300m². Tower Suites add a dedicated entrance, registration and lifts, a private pool deck and twice-daily housekeeping. Category pages list a $50 daily breakfast credit at selected venues until noon; booking terms limit it to retail rates and exclude promotional offers. Fairway Villas list a $200 breakfast credit. The Spa at Wynn offers massage, facial and body treatments, a lounge, sauna, steam room and whirlpool. Published rules require guests to be 18 or older, charge a daily facility fee and waive additional facility charges on the day of a booked treatment; they give no single fee or separate nonresident pass price. The resort fee includes fitness access for 2 people, rather than all spa treatments. The pages consulted do not state the spa’s floor area. Spas open 7am–7pm, treatments 8am–7pm and gyms 5am–8pm.
