Wynn Las Vegas brunch: Tableau, The Buffet, La Cave and Terrace Pointe Café, with prices
Wynn Las Vegas brunch comes 4 ways: à la carte at Tableau, all-you-can-eat at The Buffet for $59.99, on trays at La Cave for $54, and casual at Terrace Pointe Café. Only La Cave keeps to the weekend, as the pages stood on 11 October 2026.

The choice, in short
Why choose Wynn Las Vegas
You want a late, unhurried breakfast over gardens and water, on any day of the week.
Tableau menuWhen to look elsewhere
You want one fixed price with the drinks in: bottomless pours are an extra at Tableau, La Cave and The Buffet, and Terrace Pointe Café has stopped unlimited mimosas.
Other Strip brunchesWhich Wynn brunch is which
One has white linen, one has 16 kitchens, one comes to you on trays, and one has the patio.
Tableau is the dressed-up one: a conservatory in the Tower Suites wing, with white linen, cut flowers and windows onto the Tower Suites pool and its gardens. It serves brunch and nothing else, from 7am to 3pm every day. On the menu lemon ricotta pancakes are $29, a Benedict $33, or $46 with lobster, lox and bagel $33 and the Wagyu steak and egg $68. The Tableau Breakfast, 3 eggs with bacon or sausage, potato, a Danish, toast, juice and coffee, is $42. ‘Sunshine Sips’, endless Prosecco, mimosas or Bellinis, cost $45 and stop 2 hours after you order them.
The Buffet calls its morning sitting the Gourmet Brunch: 8am to 1pm daily, $59.99 a person plus tax, half price for children aged 3 to 9, with up to 2 hours at the table. 16 kitchens, by The Buffet’s own page (the resort’s brunch page says 15), cook in front of you, an eggs Benedict station, carved meats, sushi and street tacos among them, and there is a patisserie for afterwards. Non-alcoholic drinks are included; lattes and cappuccinos cost extra, and the Endless Pour of cocktails, mimosas, wine and beer is $32.99. From 1pm the price is the dinner one, $79.99. The page also lists ‘Special Hours’ of 1pm to 9pm for 20–21 and 27–28 October 2026, above the daily brunch hours. It does not say in words whether brunch is served on those 4 days, so ring (702) 770-3340 before counting on it.
La Cave, the wine bar on the Fairway Esplanade, does brunch on Saturday and Sunday only, from 9.30am to 1.30pm, and does it ‘butler-style’: you stay in your seat and servers bring trays round from the kitchen. The set price is $54 an adult and $34 a child under 12, with a 90-minute limit. Snickers pancakes with caramelised bananas, short rib hash, truffle mushroom grits, a filet mignon eggs Benedict and a flatbread with bacon and a poached quail egg are among the dishes passed. Bottomless drinks are another $34 and cover mimosas, wine, sangria, the house lager and 4 cocktails, a Bloody Mary and an Aperol Spritz included. The largest room has glass walls that slide away in good weather, facing the Wynn pool and the Sphere.
Terrace Pointe Café is the everyday choice, and the one the resort suggests for a party with children. Breakfast is served all day until 3pm: buttermilk pancakes at $25, croissant French toast at $27, eggs Benedict at $28, steak and eggs at $39. 2 things are worth knowing before you go. It no longer pours unlimited mimosas; it sells Prosecco by the bottle, with juice and mimosa service included. And the patio, its most requested seating, is first come, first served. At Encore the equivalent is Sunrise at Sinatra, open from 7.30am to 1pm daily in the Sinatra dining room and on its terrace.
In the reviews we hold, brunch at Wynn nearly always means the buffet. 5 guests between May and September 2026 praise a brunch eaten there, one calling it the ‘best brunch buffet ever’ and another advising a big appetite and an early start. A guest in June 2026 gave the useful tip: arrive between 11am and noon and you catch the breakfast dishes and the lunch ones. The complaints are the wait and the bill: a guest in April 2026 did not think a $70 breakfast buffet worth the money.
7 decisions, from the day to the drinks
- Weekday or weekend
La Cave’s butler brunch runs on Saturday and Sunday only. Tableau recommends a reservation, above all for weekends and peak hours.
- Prepay the buffet line
The Buffet takes no reservations. Pre-paid priority seating opens 30 days ahead for parties of up to 6, and guests are typically seated within 30 minutes of their time.
- Check the special hours
A guest in September 2026 found The Buffet closed for an entire stay. Its page posts ‘Special Hours’ for certain dates without saying what becomes of brunch; read it the day before and ring if your date is listed.
- Dress a step above the pool
Tableau, La Cave and Terrace Pointe Café are resort casual; the first 2 ask guests not to wear swimwear or gym clothes. The Buffet is resort casual too and asks that swimwear be covered.
- Mind the clock
La Cave allows 90 minutes and The Buffet 2 hours. Tableau’s endless cocktails end 2 hours after purchase.
- Use the breakfast credit
The Tower Suite King page, as read on 1 October 2026, lists a $50 daily breakfast credit, good until noon at select resort restaurants. Ask at check-in which ones your rate covers.
- Order ahead
Terrace Pointe Café takes online carry-out orders until 30 minutes before it closes. Caffè Al Teatro and Espresso sell pastries and breakfast dishes over the counter, with pre-order and payment online.

Wynn Las Vegas brunch: your questions
Does Wynn Las Vegas serve brunch every day?
Yes, at 3 places. The exception is La Cave, whose butler brunch is for Saturday and Sunday.
How much is brunch at The Buffet at Wynn?
$59.99 a person plus tax, and half that for a child aged 3 to 9. Prices can change on holidays, holiday weekends and at peak periods.
Is there a bottomless mimosa brunch at Wynn?
3, each an add-on to the food: $45 at Tableau, $34 at La Cave and $32.99 at The Buffet. Terrace Pointe Café sells Prosecco by the bottle instead, with juice alongside.
Do I need a reservation for brunch?
The resort’s answer is that every brunch restaurant takes walk-ins as space allows, that a reservation is encouraged at Tableau, and that priority seating shortens the wait at The Buffet. The dining line is (702) 770-3463.
What is the butler-style brunch at La Cave?
A set-price brunch in which the dishes come to you. Servers carry them round the room on trays, fresh from the kitchen, and you take what you fancy. If you have paid for the bottomless drinks the bar keeps them coming: the resort’s answer names mimosas, Aperol spritzes and espresso martinis, though the brunch menu we read lists no espresso martini.
Which Wynn brunch is best with children?
The resort points families to Terrace Pointe Café, and to Caffè Al Teatro and Espresso for something quick, where children can choose from the display cases. La Cave has a child’s price for its brunch.
What should I wear to brunch?
Resort casual. At Tableau and La Cave, leave swimwear and sportswear in the room; at The Buffet, swimwear has to be hidden under an opaque cover-up or clothes.
Can I have brunch by the pool?
At the Tower Suites pool, yes: Tableau serves its full menu on that deck and in its cabanas. Terrace Pointe Café overlooks the gardens and the resort pool from its patio.
