The choice, in short

Why choose Wynn Las Vegas

You want a dinner that is the evening: a steak facing the Lake of Dreams show, duck carved at the table, sushi beside a waterfall.

When to look elsewhere

You want an easy, inexpensive meal, or dinner with small children: 5 of the dinner rooms admit no under-fives, and Delilah is for adults only after 7pm.

Where to eat at Wynn, room by room

2 restaurants face the Lake of Dreams; the others sit in the Tower Suites wing, by the main entrance and overlooking the golf course.

Wynn counts 22 dining outlets and 10 bars and lounges across its 2 towers, on a fact sheet it last updated in September 2026. Its directory files 10 of them as fine dining: Casa Playa, Cipriani, Delilah, Mizumi, PISCES, Sartiano’s Italian Steakhouse, Sinatra, SW Steakhouse, Tableau and Wing Lei. Tableau is the odd one out, a brunch room that shuts at 3pm. The others are for the evening: on the opening labels the list carried when we read it, on Sunday 11 October 2026, Cipriani (11.30am) was the only one of them due to open before 5pm. That is one day’s labels and no timetable.

SW Steakhouse is the flagship and the table to plan a trip around. It sits on the Lake of Dreams, a 3-acre lake where shows of music, puppetry and light run every half hour from dusk to 11.30pm, and it has a terrace on the water. On the menu a 9oz filet mignon is $89 and a 26oz bone-in ribeye $148; the 48oz tomahawk for 2 is $295, and sides run from $20 to $29. The rarity is Yonezawa Gyu Oguni beef from Yamagata Prefecture: $345 for the 4oz minimum, $85 for each ounce after that, from a farm the restaurant says supplies no other in the United States.

Wing Lei, in the Tower Suites wing, holds a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star award. Its signature is Imperial Peking duck carved at the table, under the creative direction of Tam Kwok Fung, whose restaurant in Macau has 2 Michelin stars. The windows look onto a gilded dragon among century-old pomegranate trees brought from China. Mizumi, next to the main entrance, serves sushi, robata and teppanyaki beside a 90-foot waterfall and a koi pond. Its Teppan Room is reserved separately. The 4 tables of the Sansui terrace, right by the waterfall, are given on request only and carry a minimum spend of $175 a person; 3 smaller patio tables have none. An 11-piece chef’s selection of nigiri is $98.

Delilah is dinner with a band: a supper club modelled on the Las Vegas showrooms of the 1950s, with musicians and singers through the evening, chicken tenders served with caviar and a Beef Wellington. Nobody under 12 is admitted, the room is 21 and over from 7pm, and a ‘no phones, no posting’ rule is enforced. PISCES, beside SW on the lake, is Mediterranean seafood under 400 hand-blown Murano glass orbs; its salt-baked loup de mer is taken apart at the table. Sartiano’s, overlooking the golf course, is an Italian steakhouse directed by Alfred Portale, where a 40oz dry-aged bistecca fiorentina is carved tableside.

For a meal that is not an occasion, the casual list has 11 names. Allegro serves Italian dishes from lunch to late night beside the casino floor. Red 8 and Wazuzu cover dim sum, noodles and sushi. La Cave pours more than 50 wines by the glass with small plates for sharing, Charlie’s is the sports bar, and Caffè Al Teatro never closes. The Buffet cooks at 16 live kitchens and charges $79.99 a person plus tax at dinner, which it serves from 1pm to 9pm.

Guests’ accounts are mostly of dinners that went right. One, writing in August 2026, said PISCES served some of the freshest seafood they had ever eaten and called SW ‘outstanding’. Another, in April 2026, had dinner at SW facing the lake and found the show ‘breathtaking’, and 2 in July 2026 singled out the service at Mizumi. The dissent is about money. A conference guest in April 2026 judged every restaurant ‘super expensive’ and balked at $19 for guacamole, which is the price on Terrace Pointe Café’s menu.

7 things to settle before you sit down

  • Reserve the fine-dining table

Book online or on (702) 770-DINE (3463). Hotel guests who sign in to a Wynn Rewards account get priority access to the most requested restaurants.

  • Check who is closed

Wing Lei is dark on Tuesday and Wednesday, Sartiano’s on Monday and Tuesday. SW Steakhouse, Mizumi, Delilah and PISCES open every evening.

  • Dress for the room

SW Steakhouse recommends a collared shirt and turns away athletic wear, flip-flops and slides. Wing Lei and Mizumi do not allow men in shorts or open-toe shoes; Delilah rules out athletic wear, shorts, swimwear, flip-flops and slides.

  • Choose by age

Under-fives are not permitted at SW Steakhouse, Wing Lei, Mizumi, PISCES or Sartiano’s. Terrace Pointe Café, La Cave, Tableau and The Buffet all say children under 5 are welcome.

  • Ask for the terrace, without counting on it

Outdoor tables at SW may be requested but are not guaranteed, and PISCES gives its patio first come, first served. Delilah’s patio has to be requested when you book and may carry a minimum spend per person.

  • Bringing a bottle

Corkage at Wynn and Encore is $50 a bottle, limited to two 750ml bottles or one magnum per table, for wines the restaurant does not list.

  • Stay for the lake

The North Show Terrace is free to stand on for the Lake of Dreams shows. Drinks and food at the bars and restaurants facing the water are paid for separately.

How Wynn’s list compares with 3 neighbours

The 4 figures are not like for like. Wynn’s is the resort’s own count of September 2026; Bellagio’s and the Cosmopolitan’s are the ‘results’ counters on their dining pages on 11 October 2026; MGM Grand’s is the number of restaurants with a page of their own on 4 October 2026.

Bellagio answers Wynn’s lake with its fountains and has tables that face them. The Cosmopolitan’s dining page returned the most results of the 4, a food hall among them. MGM Grand is the address of the 2 Joël Robuchon rooms.

Wynn Las Vegas restaurants: your questions

How many restaurants does Wynn Las Vegas have?

22, counting Encore, plus 10 bars and lounges, on the fact sheet the resort updated in September 2026. The directory puts 10 under fine dining and 11 under casual dining, and lists Sunrise at Sinatra, Encore’s breakfast-and-lunch room, under brunch.

Do I need a reservation?

For the fine-dining rooms, in practice yes. Delilah says walk-in space is extremely limited. The Buffet takes none at all, only pre-paid priority seating, and Caffè Al Teatro is grab-and-go.

Which Wynn restaurants overlook the Lake of Dreams?

SW Steakhouse and PISCES, side by side, with Bar Parasol and the Aft Cocktail Deck next to them. The Pier, a small extension of Aft overlooking the lake, can be reserved against a minimum spend.

What is the dress code?

It changes with the room. SW Steakhouse, Mizumi, Delilah and Sartiano’s ask for upscale casual, Wing Lei for business casual and PISCES for ‘seaside chic’. The daytime restaurants are resort casual.

Can children eat at the fine-dining restaurants?

Not small ones. 5 rooms admit no child under 5, and Delilah none under 12. For a party with children the resort’s brunch page suggests Terrace Pointe Café, which closes at 3pm.

How much is The Buffet at Wynn?

$59.99 a person for the Gourmet Brunch and $79.99 for the Seafood Gourmet Dinner, each plus tax and for up to 2 hours. Children aged 3 to 9 pay half. Prices are subject to change on holidays, holiday weekends and at peak periods, and the Endless Pour drinks package is $32.99.

Which restaurants are at Encore?

The pages we read place Sinatra and its daytime twin, Sunrise at Sinatra, near Encore Tower Suites, and the café Espresso near Encore’s registration desk. The resort treats the 2 towers as one and publishes a single restaurant list for both.

What is open late?

Caffè Al Teatro, B Bar and the Lobby Bar are open 24 hours, and in-room dining never stops. Delilah serves its late-night menu until 1am from Thursday to Saturday.
