Wynn Las Vegas pool: hours, cabanas, the Tower Suites deck and what guests say about shade

Wynn Las Vegas pool hours are 9am to 6pm daily and cabanas are booked on request, as the resort’s page stood on 11 October 2026. There are 3 decks: the Pool at Wynn, one for Tower Suites guests and Encore’s, whose European pool and Jacuzzi were marked closed that day.

Wynn Resort Pool

The choice, in short

Why choose Wynn Las Vegas

You want a calm, landscaped pool day with drinks brought to you, and you will pay for shade or do without it.

Cabanas

When to look elsewhere

You want slides, a lazy river or an evening swim: the pool page describes none, the deck shuts at 6pm, and in spring 2026 one guest wrote that the pools closed at 5pm and another that the adult pool did.

Other Strip pools

3 decks, and which one your room opens

The main pool is reached by the Resort lifts; the quieter one comes with a Tower Suites booking.

The Pool at Wynn is the main deck, a landscaped garden with chaise longues by the water and a cocktail list that runs to an Aperol Spritz and a Paradise Punch. From the casino you take the Resort lifts to the Spa level and change there to the Pool lifts. The page gave its hours as 9am to 6pm every day when we read it on 11 October 2026. The resort’s policies add that the pool, like the gym and the car park, is ‘subject to availability and guest demand’.

The second deck belongs to Wynn Tower Suites. It is reached through the Tower Suites lobby, and its cabanas are kept for guests of that wing. Tableau, the brunch restaurant beside it, serves its whole menu on the deck and in the cabanas until 3pm. A travel adviser named it among their favourite pools in April 2026, ‘with exceptional food and service’.

Encore, the sister tower, has its own Pool at Encore. Its resort pool kept the same hours as Wynn’s, while the European pool and the Jacuzzi both read ‘Closed’ on the day we looked. Encore Beach Club is a different thing: a pool-party venue with temperature-controlled pools, cabanas and daybeds of its own, on days and hours that move with the season and the event. XS, the nightclub that opens onto the European pool, as the home page put it on 1 October 2026, and holds a seasonal Sunday ‘Nightswim’, is shut for renovation and due back on 5 November 2026.

A cabana here is a shaded room on the deck: lounge seating, cooling fans, a flat-screen television in most, a stocked mini-fridge, chilled towels and a server of its own. The pool page adds a fruit platter, snacks, bottled water and soft drinks. Cabanas take 2 people, or groups of 6 to 8, and most carry a food-and-drink minimum. A daybed is the open-air version, a reserved cushioned lounger with service, in a more open setting without the cabana’s structure; a bungalow, the top tier, adds a private bathroom. No price is printed for any of them. You send a request naming the pool, the date and the number of guests, and an agent contacts you to confirm.

Guests agree about the setting and split over the comfort. Reviews from May to September 2026 call the pool area ‘stunning’ and the staff attentive, and 2 August guests praised an adults’ pool, one of them for being very quiet; the official page does not use that name. Against that, the July guest who found ‘virtually no umbrellas’ added that the $600 or so for a cabana could not be spent as food or drink credit. Another, the same month, thought the pool ‘gets pretty crowded’. A September guest who asked for breakfast at the pool at 9am was told its menu had no eggs and no espresso.

Check the hours again before you go. The page said 6pm in October, yet a guest in late April 2026 wrote that the pools closed at 5pm, another in mid-May that the adult pool did, and a March guest staying at Encore, sent to the one pool that was open, was told on reaching it that it closed at 4pm. For the hour on your dates, ring the pool desk.

Days ahead

Request the cabana or daybed

Use the online form or call the concierge on (702) 770-3875. The form is a request: you are contacted afterwards with a confirmation.

9am

Take the right lifts

Resort lifts to the Spa level, then the Pool lifts. Tower Suites guests walk through their own lobby to their own deck.

Morning

Leave the picnic behind

Outside food and drink are not allowed; both are sold at the pool. Towels are waiting poolside.

Before noon

Settle the shade

A cabana has a roof and a server; a daybed, by the resort’s own description, is the open-air option. In July a guest found the standard loungers almost without umbrellas.

Until 3pm

Eat with a view of the water

Terrace Pointe Café overlooks the gardens and the resort pool, serves breakfast, brunch and lunch from 7am to 3pm, and takes carry-out orders until half an hour before it closes.

6pm

Last swim

The deck was listed as closing at 6pm in October 2026. 2 guests in spring 2026 wrote of 5pm, one of them of the adult pool only, so ask on the day.

Tower Suites bookings come with the private pool deck and a separate entrance; Resort rooms reach the main Pool at Wynn by the Resort lifts, and the resort’s fact sheet says pool access depends on the accommodation booked. The hotel guide compares the 2, with prices on dated nights and the $55 daily resort fee both pay.

Wynn Las Vegas pool: your questions

What time does the Wynn Las Vegas pool open and close?

9am to 6pm every day, on the page as read on 11 October 2026. Guests’ accounts do not always match it: in April 2026 one wrote that the pools closed at 5pm, and in May another that the adult pool did.

Can I use the pool if I am not staying at Wynn?

The pages we read offer no day pass and do not say that visitors may use the loungers. What they show is a cabana request form that asks whether you are staying at Wynn or Encore and accepts ‘No’. A non-guest’s cabana is therefore a question for the concierge.

How much is a cabana at Wynn?

The pages we read print no price. You send a request and the resort contacts you, and its FAQ says most cabanas carry a minimum to spend on food and drink. The one figure in the reviews we hold is a single guest’s, from July 2026: around $600 for the day.

Is the Wynn pool heated?

The resort’s home page, read on 1 October 2026, calls its pools ‘temperature-controlled’, and a guest in August 2026 described the water as pleasantly warm. The pages read give no temperature.

Is there an adults-only pool?

Only in guests’ words: one review from August 2026 praises a very quiet adult pool area, another that month says its writer loves ‘an adults only pool’, and a guest in May mentions the adult pool closing at 5pm. The official page names a European pool at Encore, closed when we read it, and gives no age rule for it.

Do I need to bring a towel?

No. Towels are kept at the pool, and sun lotion, hats and sunglasses are sold nearby.

Is the pool open in winter?

The pages read carry no winter calendar. On 11 October 2026 both resort pools were listed with hours of 9am to 6pm, with Encore’s European pool and Jacuzzi closed; in March 2026 a guest at Encore found a single pool open, until 4pm.

Can I eat at the pool?

Yes, from the pool’s own menu, and nothing may be brought in. At the Tower Suites pool the menu is Tableau’s, served on the deck until 3pm.

Check the hours for your dates, then request a cabana if you need shade
