Saturday is brunch day
Saturday brunch2 runs until 2pm. Start with the same base whether you want something mostly sweet or add eggs; choose the extras rather than expecting an unlimited buffet.
21 House of Stories Città Studi: the bistrot welcomes neighbours and hotel guests. Saturday brings brunch; for aperitivo, focaccia with wine or beer costs €15.

Meeting friends in Città Studi, perhaps with children, for a meal that feels easy rather than formal.
The dayWatch the time if you like a long lunch: lunch service ends at 2pm. After that, choose from the bar snacks.
The roomsThe bistrot2 shares its address with the bar and coworking space, and you can eat here without staying the night. I would choose it for lunch between appointments or to meet a friend from the neighbourhood. Saffron risotto, tomato paccheri, lasagne and chicken cutlet8 are dishes that need little introduction.
Saturday changes the meal itself: Il Brunch di Quartiere6 starts with a €15 base of yoghurt, cereal, fruit, house dessert and a savoury mini croissant, plus honey, butter, water and American coffee. Eggs and hot dishes are extras. It can be a late breakfast, or you can add something more substantial.
For aperitivo I like the straightforward €15 combo7: a focaccia of your choice with a glass of wine or beer. You know which food comes with the drink. If you prefer a cocktail, classics start at €10 and signature drinks cost €12; Ancho Mango combines tequila, Ancho Reyes, lemon, sugar and mango.
For a table mixing different appetites, I would start with the lunch menu8: pasta, risotto, fish and chicken let everyone order separately. Leave room for the lemon tart if that is your preference; it costs the same as the tiramisù. At brunch, make the same decision before adding extras: the base already brings fruit, yoghurt, cereal and a house dessert. You do not have to turn every Saturday breakfast into the largest possible meal.

Saturday, 11.30am–2pm. The base is €156; scrambled eggs are an €8 extra and the other hot dishes are €9. A base with scrambled eggs therefore costs €23.
The menu6 lists a base and separately priced extras. I would book it as a brunch you put together, rather than expect an all-you-can-eat buffet.
The focaccia with wine or beer combo is €157. Classic cocktails start at €10 and signatures cost €12. Aperitivo runs 6–8pm.
The current lunch menu8 is an Italian bistrot menu, with saffron risotto, lasagne, paccheri and chicken cutlet. Hummus is among the starters; I would not use that dish to describe the whole kitchen.
The lunch menu8 includes tomato paccheri, saffron risotto, and carrot-and-scamorza focaccia. For allergies or a vegan diet, check the ingredients and allergen list before ordering: the chickpea meatloaf, for example, contains burrata.
Snacks and drinks2 run from 10am to 11pm daily. Dinner service finishes earlier, at 10pm; the kitchen and bar keep different hours.
