Beaches Turks & Caicos prices: 16 dated stays, and what the rate already includes

Beaches sells by the person and by the stay. Its rooms page, read on 11 October 2026, prints a from-rate for each category, per adult and per night: $335 in a Caribbean Premium Walkout Room, $396 in a Caribbean Deluxe room, $456 in a French Village Luxury Room, $1,002 in an Italian Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room and $3,231 in the 4-bedroom CrystalSky Reserve Villa at Treasure Beach. The page names no night for those rates. So we searched 16 stays of 3 nights between October 2026 and August 2027 and kept, for each, the least expensive category on sale: the total for the stay divided by 3 is the nightly figure given here.

The lowest was $791 a night, for 3 nights from 20 October 2026 in a Caribbean Deluxe King: $2,373 for the stay, $396 an adult a night. A week later, from 27 October, the least expensive room on sale was an accessible Key West Grande Luxe Concierge room, at $1,387. From 10 November it was $1,046 in a French Village Luxury Room, from 8 December $909 and from 15 December $1,045.

The resort’s terms set aside holiday periods with stricter payment, and 4 of the 5 stays we priced inside them cost more than any stay outside. From 24 November 2026, inside the period of 21 to 27 November, the nightly figure was $1,348. From 22 December it was $3,337, in a Key West One Bedroom Concierge Villa Suite, the cheapest of the 18 categories still on sale. From 29 December it was $4,109, in an Italian Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room, one of 3 categories left: $12,328 for the 3 nights. For 2027 the terms name 11 to 18 February and 13 March to 2 April, and our stays from 16 February and 16 March came to $1,917 and $1,787.

Outside those weeks 2027 read like this: $1,294 from 12 January, $1,264 from 26 January, $1,374 from 13 April, $1,548 from 15 June, $1,496 from 13 July and $1,251 from 17 August. The room behind the figure changes with what is left, a Caribbean Deluxe room on some dates and a French Village Luxury Room on others.

Length counts as much as the date. The discount begins at 3 nights: for 10 November 2026 one night alone was $2,410 and 2 nights $4,920, against $3,139 for 3. 7 nights from the same day came to $14,465 in an Italian Concierge Family Suite, the least expensive of the 28 categories on sale for the whole week. Children from 2 to 15 have a nightly rate of their own, $47 to $88 in the least expensive rooms of these stays; on 10 to 13 November 2 of them took the total from $3,139 to $3,503.

Nothing is added to these figures at the desk, which is why they look so high beside a room rate elsewhere. The resort’s own list puts breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, unlimited premium liquors, Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks wines, a stocked bar in every room, Pirates Island Waterpark, the Kids Camp with certified nannies, water sports with instruction, scuba for certified divers, Wi-Fi, round-trip airport transfers and «all tips, taxes and gratuities» inside the price, and the search result we read had no tax line and no resort fee. What is charged is a short list in the FAQ: spa treatments, optional tours, scuba courses, a doctor’s consultation and medicines, the gift shop and phone calls.

Guests divide over whether it is worth it. One, in August 2026, called it expensive and added that the whole island is, so it cannot be set beside Mexico, Jamaica or the Dominican Republic; another that month found it pricey and «so worth it». A guest in October 2026, paying by their account more than $800 a day, found the restaurants they wanted closed, and a party of 3 families in August 2026 put their holiday in 3 rooms at about $40,000 and regretted it. One practical note from August 2026: a private boat and snorkelling trip arranged on the beach cost that guest about a quarter of the resort’s excursion price.

October and early December are the floor. New Year costs more than 5 times as much as 20 October, with only 3 categories left to choose from.
