Beaches Turks & Caicos, an all-inclusive family resort of 5 villages on Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales
For families who want children’s clubs and water sports woven into the day, with meals and airport transfers already included. The resort has 26 places to eat, a water park and a show every night.

Beaches is the family brand of Sandals, and this resort is 5 groups of buildings the hotel calls villages, styled after Italy, France, Key West and the Caribbean, along Grace Bay. The newest, Treasure Beach Village, took its first guests on 1 March 2026, according to the resort’s own page. The room list runs to 63 categories, from a king room with a patio to a 4-bedroom villa on the sand with its own pool, and the rate covers meals, drinks, a 45,000 square foot water park, children’s clubs, scuba for certified divers, tips, taxes and the ride from the airport.
Guests praise what the resort promises. Of the latest 500 Google reviews with text, 453 give 5 stars, and 369 of those are a few lines thanking a waiter, a bartender or an entertainer by name; 86% of the guests who discuss the location are happy with it, above all with the beach. Longer accounts single out the entertainment team, Camp Sesame, the dive staff, a butler who anticipates the day and, since March 2026, Treasure Beach Village with its steakhouse and cinema.
It is a resort to choose for what it is: a small town by the sea, with a show every night, 26 places to eat and a water park. A family that wants the children never short of something to do has it all inside the price. 3 things are worth knowing before booking: tables at Kimonos and Butch’s Island Chop House can be requested only once you have arrived; the newest rooms are the Treasure Beach suites, opened on 1 March 2026; and anyone who would rather not wait for the included bus at the airport books the private car in advance, for a fee.

The scores come from 500 Google reviews with text, left from 6 June 2026 to 8 October 2026. The other hotels are the ones weighed for a stay on Providenciales: for each we read its latest 500 Google reviews with text, or all of them where there are fewer, as of 8 October 2026. The score is the average of what they say, from 0 if they speak of it very badly to 10 if they speak of it very well. Where only a few mention something, the score stays close to the guide’s average: a handful of voices does not make a reputation.

Price: for two on the night of 20 October 2026, from $791 (seen on Google Hotels on 8 October 2026).
What to expect
Slides and a lazy river, Sesame Street at breakfast, lunch with your feet in the sand and a new village with a lagoon pool.
The water park covers 45,000 square feet, about 4,200 m², with more than 11 slides, a lazy river and a splash deck with water cannons. Entry is part of the stay, as are life jackets; most large slides ask for a height of 42 inches, 107 cm, and the 3 biggest for 44 or 48. There are no lockers.
2 Kids Camps, in the Key West and Caribbean villages, take children in 6 groups from birth to 17, with nannies certified by the International Nanny Association. Nurseries open from 7:30am; from 5 years up the camp runs from 8am to 9pm. Sesame Street characters appear in parades and shows.
The restaurant page lists 23 restaurants and 3 food trucks, from teppanyaki at Kimonos to seafood at Barefoot by the Sea, where the tables stand on the sand. Only Kimonos and Butch’s Island Chop House take dinner reservations; 3 restaurants admit over-12s only.
The newest village stands at the western end, next to the Caribbean and Seaside villages: 11 room categories, a lagoon-style infinity pool with a swim-up bar, a cinema, a children’s area with slides and 4 new places to eat and drink. Every guest of the resort may use them.
Good to know before you book
The nightly price falls sharply from 3 nights: on 8 October 2026 a single night for 2 on 10 November cost $2,410, and from 3 nights the same dates came to $1,046 a night. Source: beaches.com
Rooms come at 3 levels: Luxury is the room and the resort; Concierge adds a lounge open 8am to 10pm and a stocked in-room bar; Butler a personal butler. Source: beaches.com
The airport transfer is included and takes about 15 minutes, by bus from the Beaches desk; a private car comes with several Butler categories. Source: beaches.com
The discounts start at 3 nights. On the resort’s price search, read on 8 October 2026, one night for 2 on 10 November cost $2,410 and a 2-night stay $2,460 a night; from 3 nights the same dates came to $1,046 a night.
Kimonos and Butch’s Island Chop House need a dinner reservation, and the official FAQ says tables can be booked only once you have arrived. It pays to ask for them on the day you arrive; Butler-level guests have theirs made by the butler.
Rooms come at 3 levels. Luxury is the room and the resort; Concierge adds a lounge open 8am to 10pm, help with bookings and a stocked bar; Butler adds a personal butler and, in several categories, a private car from the airport. In the reviews Butler is the level guests write about most warmly.
The villages are of different ages. French, Italian and Caribbean are older than Treasure Beach, which welcomed its first guests on 1 March 2026: anyone set on a new room books one of its suites, the ones guests in 2026 write about most warmly. Between October 2025 and August 2026, 20 Google reviews describe rooms and bathrooms in need of updating or showing wear in the Caribbean, French and Italian villages and at Key West.
All-inclusive has edges. Spa treatments, excursions, scuba courses from $140, a private dinner on the beach at $199 a couple, laundry, babysitting after camp hours and the doctor are charged, on the FAQ and the travel checklist; so are cabanas by the beach and the main pools.
The official pages mention life jackets at the water park but not lifeguards. 3 restaurants, Sapodilla’s, Le Petit Chateau and Sky, are for guests of 12 and over, and several ask men for long trousers at dinner.
In low season not everything is open. Between September 2025 and October 2026, 4 Google reviews describe some of the restaurants closed in September and October: it is worth asking on arrival which are serving that week.
Pets are not allowed at any Beaches resort, says the FAQ; rooms are non-smoking, with a $250 cleaning charge in the terms; and staff may not accept tips, except butlers and spa therapists.
The bus from the airport is included and leaves from the Beaches desk. Between February 2025 and September 2026, 6 Google reviews describe a queue or a wait before it leaves; the 3 that time it give 30 minutes, 45 minutes and nearly an hour. A private car can be booked in advance for a fee.
By the resort’s bus from Providenciales airport, included in every stay
Airport
Providenciales International (PLS): 9.5 km and about 13 minutes by road on our route; the resort’s FAQ says about 6 miles and 15 to 20 minutes
Included transfer
An air-conditioned bus both ways, arranged by the resort from its desk outside customs, whatever the room; guests in 2026 report waits of 45 minutes to an hour
Private car
At extra cost on request; included with several Butler categories, among them the Treasure Beach Butler suites and the Key West beachfront villa
Grace Bay shops
Salt Mills Plaza, on Grace Bay Road, is 1.6 km away, about 4 minutes by car
Parking
The official pages say nothing about a car park; Booking.com lists free private parking on site
Distances and times are calculated on OpenStreetMap’s roads with no traffic; the transfer and the resort’s own times come from its FAQ and travel checklist, read on 8 October 2026.

The restaurants in low season
A guest in October 2026 gave 2 stars for a week in which the beach was the high point: several restaurants were closed for the low season and, they wrote, nobody could say which, so the family walked the resort looking for a table that was not a food truck. Their bathroom smelt and had mould in the corners.
Returning in October 2026, a guest found no fault: the new Treasure Beach Village, Butch’s with its wedge salad and beef fillet in rum sauce, a cinema with tiered seats, popcorn and blankets, and a free-form pool. They rate this resort above the others of the group for its food, beach, pools and suites.
A family of 4 celebrating a son’s fifth birthday in October 2026 gave 5 stars and the credit to their 2 butlers, who turned up with what was needed before anyone asked, to the children’s delight. The parent had stayed at several Sandals resorts and found this one better than expected.
After 5 nights in a Concierge suite in September 2026, a first-time guest gave 2 stars: the suite was directly on the beach, but the concierge desk did little with their questions and a laundry request went unanswered. The one benefit they noticed was the restocked fridge.
In September 2026 a guest gave 3 stars: the airport shuttle meant 45 minutes’ wait for a shared taxi in the heat, the bookable restaurants were almost impossible to book, daytime food was food trucks or nuggets unless you sat down for an hour, and the water park was smaller than expected. Dinners elsewhere were very good.
5 adults and 3 children aged 3 to 6 shared a 4-bedroom Key West villa with a plunge pool and a butler in July 2026. Each morning he brought coffee, fruit and pastries, and when dinner was at the far end of the resort he drove them there. 5 stars.
After 5 nights in July 2026 a guest gave 3 stars to a resort they call nice but disorganised: rooms of a good size and cleaned regularly, scuba included, a beach safe for children; staff who ranged from tireless to surly, a dinner booking for 12 that the restaurant had no record of, and food from excellent at Sky and Barefoot by the Sea to poor at the diner.
What people ask before booking Beaches Turks & Caicos, answered from sources read on 8 October 2026.
What kind of hotel is Beaches Turks & Caicos?
An all-inclusive beach resort for families at Lower Bight Road, on Grace Bay, Providenciales. It belongs to Beaches Resorts, the family brand of Sandals, and takes guests of every age: its booking form counts adults from 16, children from 2 to 15 and infants under 2. Google Hotels files it as a 5-star hotel.
The official page speaks of «five magnificent villages» in the styles of Italy, France, the Caribbean and Key West, and its room list sorts 63 categories into 5 groups: Caribbean and Seaside, French, Italian, Key West and Treasure Beach, which opened on 1 March 2026. The pages we read give no total number of rooms.
What are the rooms, suites and villas like?
The official list has 63 categories at 3 levels of service. Luxury rooms, in the Caribbean and French villages, sleep 4 with a king bed or 2 doubles. Concierge suites add living space and, in the Italian Village, a separate children’s room with bunk beds. Butler categories run from one-bedroom suites to houses of 4 bedrooms for 10, the grandest with a private pool on the beach.
Floor areas are published only for Treasure Beach Village: its 2-bedroom Concierge suites are about 660 square feet, 61 m², and its Butler suites and villa go from 96 to 261 m². Elsewhere the pages describe beds and layout, not size. Every room is air-conditioned and non-smoking, with a stocked bar, and a room is assigned at check-in within the category booked.
Where is it, and is it quiet?
On the north shore of Providenciales, in The Bight, with its villages in a row along Grace Bay Beach; the shops and restaurants of Grace Bay Road are 1.6 km to the east. The beach in front is Grace Bay: the resort’s page, read on 15 October 2026, places it on Grace Bay at Lower Bight Road, so Google’s card is wrong to put it «4 km from Grace Bay Beach».
It is built to be lively: the resort runs nightly shows, beach parties, a disco for teenagers and a pub open until 2am, yet none of the latest 500 reviews mentions noise, and one guest calls the Caribbean Village the quieter end. The resort is also long: Pirates Island Waterpark is 5 to 7 minutes on foot from Treasure Beach Village by the hotel’s own estimate.
How do you get there from the airport?
Guests fly into Providenciales International Airport (PLS). The round trip to the resort is part of every booking: the travel checklist sends you to the Beaches desk just outside immigration and customs, and from there to an air-conditioned bus. The resort puts the ride at 15 minutes, its FAQ at 15 to 20 for about 6 miles.
Our route on OpenStreetMap measures 9.5 km and about 13 minutes with no traffic. A private car can be arranged in advance for a fee, and comes with several Butler categories. Between February 2025 and September 2026, 6 Google reviews describe a queue or a wait at the airport before the bus leaves, from 30 minutes to nearly an hour in the 3 that time it: anyone who would rather not wait books the private car.
Is there parking?
Hardly anyone needs it: the resort is on an island reached by air, the transfer is included and meals are taken on site. The official pages we read on 8 October 2026 do not mention a car park or a charge for one.
Booking.com lists «free private parking available on site» and Google’s card shows «Parking» among the amenities. Neither gives the number of spaces, so anyone hiring a car for the stay should treat it as available but unconfirmed by the resort.
Is it on the beach, and what is included there?
Yes. All 5 villages face Grace Bay Beach, which the resort calls a 12-mile beach, and Treasure Beach Village «sits directly along» it, «just steps from the shoreline». Beach towels are provided at no charge, and the activities page includes kayaks, paddleboards, Hobie Cats, windsurfing and snorkelling with equipment and instruction.
Sun loungers are not priced anywhere on the official pages; cabanas on the beach are reserved at extra cost, and so, by one guest’s account in July 2026, are towed rides such as the banana boat. Booking.com describes a «private beach area»; the resort’s own pages do not call the beach private. A guest in June 2026 snorkelled over a coral reef off the beach, a long, hot walk from the resort by their account.
What are the pools and the water park like?
The resort counts 10 pools, 4 whirlpools and a pool for scuba training. They include the main pools of the Italian, French and Caribbean villages and, at Treasure Beach, a lagoon-style infinity pool with a swim-up bar and a children’s area with slides. Other sources count differently: Google’s card says 6 outdoor pools and Booking.com 2.
Pirates Island Waterpark adds 45,000 square feet of slides, a lazy river, a splash deck and children’s pools with a swim-up soda bar, with a diner and 2 food trucks beside it. Cabanas can be reserved, for a charge, at the beach and at the main pools of 3 villages, not at the water park.
In the 2026 reviews the park is among the things children enjoy most, and one guest writes that half a day goes by there easily.
Are the pools heated, and when are they open?
The official pages do not say whether the pools are heated or give a water temperature; the resort’s checklist gives average air temperatures of 82°F, 28°C, by day and 72°F, 22°C, at night all year. No page announces a seasonal closure of any pool.
For the water park the resort gives 2 sets of hours: its water park page says 9am to 5pm, the FAQ on the resort’s home page 7am to 9pm. Plan on the shorter one.
Where can you eat, and do you need to book?
The restaurant page lists 26 places, all included: Mario’s and Giuseppe’s (Italian), Kimonos (teppanyaki), Soy (sushi), Arizona’s (Southwestern), Schooners, Barefoot by the Sea and Neptunes (seafood), Sapodilla’s and Sky (Caribbean), Le Petit Chateau (French), Butch’s Island Chop House, the Pinta food hall, the buffets Reflections and Bayside, a pub, a diner, 2 pizzerias, cafés and 3 food trucks. The same site says 20, 23 and 24 on other pages.
Dinner is from 5pm or 5:30pm to 9:30pm almost everywhere, 10pm at Butch’s; Cricketer’s Pub serves until 2am and the cafés from 6am. Only Kimonos and Butch’s need a dinner reservation, made at the resort. Sapodilla’s, Le Petit Chateau and Sky take guests of 12 and over and ask for evening dress: long trousers and a shirt with sleeves for men, no shorts or flip-flops.
There are 14 bars, one of them swim-up, and the resort asks for a month’s notice for kosher meals or special products.
What does the all-inclusive rate cover?
By the resort’s own list: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in every restaurant; unlimited premium spirits, 6 Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks wines and a stocked bar in the room; the water park; the Kids Camp with certified nannies; water sports with instruction; scuba for certified divers; tennis, pickleball and the gym; entertainment; Wi-Fi; round-trip airport transfers; and all tips, taxes and gratuities.
The FAQ lists what is not: spa treatments, tours, scuba certification and refresher courses, the doctor’s visits and medicines, the gift shop and phone calls. To these the resort’s pages add a private candlelit dinner at $199 a couple, Sesame Street VIP packages, laundry, babysitting outside camp hours and cabanas. There is no other meal plan to choose: every stay is all-inclusive.
Is scuba diving really included?
For certified divers, yes. The scuba page allows a dive every day except the day of departure, either 2 tanks on one boat trip or one tank on each of 2, with tanks, regulators, fins and masks. Dives are guided, from 20 to 100 feet, and nobody dives in the 24 hours before a flight. Bring the certification card; wetsuits are rented, and night and wreck dives cost extra.
Beginners pay: the course list prices PADI Discover Scuba Diving at $140, a refresher at $140, PADI Scuba Diver at $380 and Rescue Diver at $620. The minimum age to dive is 10, or 8 for the Bubblemaker session in the pool, and the brand’s FAQ counts 20 dive sites from this resort.
What is the spa like?
Red Lane Spa is the group’s own spa brand. Its page for this resort lists 40 treatments: massages, facials, body wraps, a beauty bar, bridal services and a menu for children and teenagers.
What the official pages do not give is the spa’s size, the number of rooms or any thermal area. Booking.com’s facility list for the resort includes a sauna, a steam room and a hot tub, which we could not confirm on the resort’s own site; the resort itself counts 4 whirlpools among its pools.
Is the spa included, and can outside guests use it?
No: the spa is one of the few things charged. Treatments are paid individually, and the FAQ lists spa treatments first among what the rate does not cover. The pages do not describe free use of spa facilities for hotel guests. The gym, open 24 hours, and its group classes are free.
The resort publishes no spa day pass. What it does sell to outsiders is a pass to the whole resort: on the same FAQ, $370 for an adult and $180 for a child from 10am to 6pm or from 6pm to 2am, and $700 and $180 for both together, with blackout dates.
What are the spa’s hours, and do you need to book?
The spa’s opening hours are not on the official pages we read. Treatments can be reserved before arrival through the resort’s online scheduler, linked from the treatment list, or on site, where Concierge and Butler staff make the booking.
Other hours are published: the nurseries from 7:30am to 5pm and 6pm to 9pm, the camps for older children from 8am to 9pm, the Concierge lounge from 8am to 10pm.
Which treatments does the spa offer, and at what prices?
On the treatment list read on 8 October 2026: a Lavender Massage at $183 for 60 minutes, a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage at $206, a Deaging Body Wrap and a Sunburn Rescue at $183 each, the Youthful Radiance facial at $217 for 75 minutes and the Caribbean Glow Treatment at $229 for 90.
For guests of 3 to 17 there is a Citrus Grass Foot Treatment at $114 for 45 minutes and a Moon Dip Massage at $109 for 40; bridal make-up is $171 a person. Therapists are among the only staff allowed to accept a tip.
How does it work for children, and how are they priced?
Children are the point of the place. The Kids Camp has 6 programmes: infants up to 24 months, toddlers of 3 and 4, who must be toilet-trained, then groups for 5 to 7, 8 to 10, 11 to 14 and 15 to 17, with a games lounge and, for teenagers, their own lounge open until 11pm. It is free during its hours; each child is registered once, with a passport.
Outside those hours a nanny is paid by the hour, with a 2-hour minimum, and a second one is required for more than 3 children; the rate is given by phone, not on the page. Life jackets and beach towels are free, cots are supplied on request, pushchairs are hired, and nappies and formula are sold in the shop.
A child of 2 to 15 pays a nightly rate of its own. In the stays we read it ran from $47 to $88 a night in the least expensive rooms: for 10 to 13 November 2026, 2 children added $364 to a stay of $3,139 for 2 adults. The pages we read print no rate for infants under 2.
Are pets allowed?
No. The official FAQ is one line long on the subject: pets are not allowed at any of the resorts. It makes no exception for small dogs, and no page describes arrangements for assistance animals.
What else does the resort have?
Beyond beach, pools and restaurants: day and night tennis, pickleball, basketball, beach volleyball and a 24-hour gym with free classes, on the activities page; nightly shows, beach parties, a teenagers’ disco and, at Treasure Beach, a cinema; shops, an exchange desk and a jeweller.
A registered nurse is on the premises and a doctor on call, the latter charged. Wi-Fi covers rooms and most public areas, each room has a safe, laundry is returned within 24 hours for a fee and the current is 110 to 120 volts. The brand holds an autism certification from IBCCES for its camps, and this resort hosts an Autism Inclusion Week from 19 to 23 October 2026.
Are there offers or packages?
Always, and they matter because the listed rate is rarely the one paid. On the offers page read on 8 October 2026: up to 65% off rack rates for stays of 3 nights or more; an instant credit of $1,000 on 7 paid nights and $1,400 on 10; and the Winter Escapes Sale, for bookings from 6 October to 2 November 2026, which adds up to $750 of air credit and a $175 resort credit.
Smaller ones: a free night on some last-minute stays of 3 nights or more, 10% for service personnel, a $135 credit per child of 5 or under with a new passport on stays of 5 nights to 6 November 2026, and a free Sesame Street character breakfast with a $175 spa credit on 5 nights. Booking online carries a $100 credit.
Can you get married there, and what does it cost?
Yes; weddings are a business of their own here, with beachfront settings among the venues. The wedding FAQ sets the marriage licence and administrative fee for Turks and Caicos at $690, with $250 due on booking and the balance 60 days before arrival, and says the marriage is legally binding at home.
The Sweetheart package comes free with a stay of 7 nights or more in a Concierge or Butler category, on the packages page; everything beyond it is priced with a planner, and the pages give no guest limit. Couples can try the resort first for up to 2 nights from $275 a couple a night. Cancelling 44 to 31 days ahead returns half, and nothing after that.
Is there a New Year’s Eve dinner or party?
The resort’s pages, read on 8 October 2026, announce no New Year’s Eve gala, menu or programme; dinner that night is included like any other, and themed nights and shows are part of the regular entertainment. What is published for the holidays is a themed suite, sold from 25 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
The dates are the most expensive of the year. The terms ask an $800 deposit for travel between 21 and 31 December, non-refundable from 1 May, with full payment due by 1 September; and when we read prices only 3 of the 63 categories were still on sale for 29 December to 1 January.
Is golf included?
Not here. The brand’s FAQ includes «golf in Jamaica» in its list, and this resort’s pages offer no course, green fees or golf package. The island’s course, Provo Golf Club, is 4.4 km away, about 10 minutes by car on our route, and is booked and paid for separately.
Is it open all year, and what about hurricane season?
It was selling stays in every month we checked, from October 2026 to August 2027, and the official pages read on 8 October 2026 carry no closure or renovation notice. Low season shows in other ways: 2 guests in October 2026 found restaurants closed. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from 1 June to 30 November, by the US National Hurricane Center’s definition.
We found no hurricane guarantee on beaches.com. The terms say the resort may suspend facilities in storms without compensation, and they charge 50% for cancelling 45 to 31 days before arrival and 100% after. The protection the brand sells is a travel plan with a cancel-for-any-reason waiver, at $140 an adult and $120 a child, or $150 and $130 over Christmas and New Year.
How much does a night cost?
The resort’s own price search, read on 8 October 2026, gave these prices for one night for 2 adults, each the nightly share of a 3-night stay in the least expensive category on sale, with meals, drinks, transfers, tips and taxes in: $791 for 20 October, $1,046 for 10 November, $1,348 for 24 November, in Thanksgiving week, $909 for 8 December, $3,337 for 22 December, $4,109 for 29 December, over New Year, $1,294 for 12 January 2027, $1,917 for 16 February, $1,787 for 16 March and $1,496 for 13 July.
The cheapest category changes with what is left: a Caribbean Deluxe room in October, a French Village room in November, a Key West villa suite at Christmas, an Italian family suite for New Year. Google Hotels, read the same day, showed no price for any of its 115 nights to 31 January 2027 and no seller, so these figures come from the resort alone.
What is added to the rate?
Less than at most resorts. The list of inclusions names «all tips, taxes and gratuities» and the airport transfers, and the price search shows one figure per person per night with no tax line and no resort fee. The terms warn only that an airport departure tax may be due locally if the air ticket does not carry it.
What changes the bill is the length of stay and the season. One and 2-night stays are sold at the undiscounted rate, more than twice the nightly price of 3 nights on the dates we compared, and the minimum stay is 2 nights in the terms, although the price search still quotes one. Optional travel protection costs $140 an adult, and anything charged on site, from the spa to the shops, goes on a card registered at check-in.
What are the check-in, payment and cancellation terms?
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 11am; on both days you can leave bags and use the resort, since the all-inclusive stay starts on arrival. Online check-in is offered, and a card imprint or cash deposit is taken for incidentals.
A booking is held with $400 a room, $98 of it at once and the rest 21 days later, and paid in full 60 days before arrival, say the terms. Treasure Beach Butler suites and the larger Key West villas take a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. Changing dates inside the penalty period costs $200 a person.
What do the reviews say?
Mostly very well. On 8 October 2026 Google showed 4.4 out of 5 from 5,105 ratings, Tripadvisor 4.3 from 17,036, Expedia 8.6 out of 10 from 762 and Booking.com 7.8 from 24. Of the latest 500 Google reviews with text, 453 give 5 stars.
Most of the 5-star reviews are short thanks to a named member of staff; the entertainment team alone is mentioned in 58. The longer accounts single out Camp Sesame, the dive instructors, the butlers and, since March 2026, Treasure Beach Village with its steakhouse and cinema. Tables at Kimonos and Butch’s can be requested only once you have arrived, the rooms differ in age from one village to the next and there can be a wait for the airport bus. Of the guests who mention staff and services, 92% are happy with them; those satisfied with the price list everything that is included.
