Like a regular

Finca Ana María’s greenhouse with mountains behind
  1. Ask for garden space

I would ask for a Garden Suite for its separate lounge and views over the tropical gardens: 60 m² in a calm part of the resort, with a balcony or terrace.

  2. Lower November night prices

For 27 November–3 December 2026, the calendar read on 14 October 2026 showed €411–€452 per night for 2 adults. The dearest night shown, 14 August 2027, was €2,255.

  3. Balinese beds cost extra

Allow €150 for a Balinese day bed during the summer peak season. Pool loungers and those in pool-adjacent areas are complimentary for hotel guests, according to the hotel’s FAQ.

  4. Reserve the Grill ahead

For dinner at the Grill, the hotel recommends booking at least 24 hours ahead, particularly in peak season. Its dress code excludes shorts, T-shirts, sportswear, sports shoes and sandals.

What Marbella Club is

Paths wind between orange trees, palms and whitewashed houses before reaching the seafront promenade. Marbella Club suits a holiday spent largely on the grounds: a swim, a long outdoor lunch and a walk towards the pier. Its scale comes from the gardens and low buildings, with terraces opening onto the greenery.

The room choice matters. A Deluxe has 45 m² and a garden terrace; a Garden Suite separates the bedroom from the sitting room. For a sea view, look at the wing above the Beach Club or a Grand Beach, Royal Beach or Imperial Beach Suite. Villas extend to 6 bedrooms, giving a larger family gardens and a pool to share.

Children have cooking, gardening, science and outdoor play at the Kids Club. Adults can book the Thalasso Spa’s seawater circuit: 2 hours cost €75 for hotel guests, with complimentary access when booking a treatment lasting at least 60 minutes. At neighbouring Finca Ana María, the pool and El Olivar welcome resident guests over 16.

El Patio is the courtyard for coffee, lunch and an aperitif; MC Beach serves fish beside the sea. The Beach Club lays out its Grand Buffet on Sundays. Dinner at the Grill calls for a change out of beach clothes, and the hotel recommends reserving dinner at least 24 hours ahead.

On the Golden Mile, the holiday revolves around the gardens and beach. If you want to step straight out into the old town’s streets, choose a base in town. Work out breakfast, spa visits, Balinese beds and Kids Club separately from the room rate before booking the days you want.

The scores come from 500 Google reviews with text, left from 2 March 2021 to 1 October 2026. The other hotels are the ones weighed for a stay in Marbella: for each we read its latest 500 Google reviews with text, or all of them where there are fewer, as of 15 October 2026. The score is the average of what they say, from 0 if they speak of it very badly to 10 if they speak of it very well. Where only a few mention something, the score stays close to the guide’s average: a handful of voices does not make a reputation.
