Borgo Egnazia prices: La Corte, the May jump, the winter gap

Borgo Egnazia prices nearly triple between November and summer: from the hotel a La Corte Bella for 2 costs €550 on Thursday 26 November 2026, breakfast and VAT in, with free cancellation. A typical June night on Google is €1,520. From 6 January to 19 March there is no price.

I’d look at late November or 30 March to 8 April: on Google it starts at €476 on Thursday 26 November and €507 on Thursday 8 April. In May come before the 20th, because on Friday the 21st a night jumps to €1,480.

Borgo Egnazia month by month, November 2026 to September 2027

The year has 2 faces. Through May a typical night stays under €1,000: on Google’s lowest line¹ €538 in November, €676 in December, €528 in March, €652 in April, €938 in May. Then it jumps: €1,480 on Friday 21 May, €1,520 a typical June night, €1,479 in July, €1,489 in August. September falls to €1,353, with €1,100 on Sunday the 26th. New Year weighs on few nights: €1,121 on Thursday 31 December, €871 on Friday 1 January.

The year has many holes too, and in summer they are runs of nights with no price: 17 to 19 June, 1 to 4 July, 9 to 14 September. In December it happens from 15 to 20. In winter the hotel’s booking page³ shows no rooms online on 6 January or 10 February, and rooms are back on 20 March. For other dates ring +39 080 225 5850.

Borgo Egnazia itself is not among Google’s sellers, so its booking page is the reference. With free cancellation up to 7 days before, La Corte Bella on Thursday 26 November is €550 from the hotel³ and €560 at Booking.com², which also has the tourist tax in. On the rates with no term stated, Expedia.it, Hotels.com and Trip.com sit at €529, Agoda and Priceline at €530, naming no room. Etrip.net, Vio.com and goseek.com show €476 and state neither room nor terms.

On Tuesday 30 March 2027, free to cancel, La Corte Bella is €600 from the hotel and at Hotels.com, €610 at Booking.com. If you need the Borgo, the Borgo Splendida is €630 from the hotel and at Hotels.com. On Saturday 8 May Booking.com shows €810, Expedia.it and Hotels.com €809, no room named. On Wednesday 9 June only the Borgo Bella is left, at €1,600³ free to cancel up to 14 days before. On Sunday 30 May only Mr & Mrs Smith remains, at €5,000: nothing to plan on.

That 26 November as a bill, from the hotel. La Corte Bella is €550, VAT and breakfast in, and tourist tax⁸ for 2 adds €9: €559. The same night half board, the Dine Around rate, is €750³. At Booking.com, on the rate with no term stated, the room² is €473, VAT €47, tourist tax €9, and rounding brings it to €530.

Guests tell the rest of the bill. In August 2026¹¹ one writes of about €4,800 of extras in a few days, and in July another of €1,800 a night. In October 2025 a guest paid €60 for a chicken dish and €35 for a glass of local wine.

From the hotel the Best Available Rate is free to cancel up to 7 days before on the nights here, 14 in June. Advance Purchase is prepaid and non-refundable. At an agency, ask which of the 2 you are buying.
Choose Corte or Borgo before the price
With children under 13, La Corte is shut to you from 1 June to 30 September, at Easter, Christmas and New Year.
Ask whether the tourist tax is in
In Fasano it changes with the season and stops after 7 nights.
Ask for the total with service
Ask whether a service percentage is added to your rate on top of VAT and tax.
Ask what runs in your week
The hotel speaks of seasonal closures without dates: ask which restaurants and pools you will find in November and March.

A La Corte Bella room: double bed under a draped canopy, a long sofa with grey cushions, framed prints and wall lanterns.

There are 2 entry rooms, and the night decides which is cheaper. La Corte Bella⁴, which Booking.com calls Superior Double Room - La Corte, is 33–37 m² with a super king bed, off the vaulted corridors of the main building; the Borgo Bella is 42 m². On 26 November the Borgo Bella costs €20 less³, and on 30 March the 2 are level. La Corte Splendida goes up to 46 m². With children under 13, in those periods you go to the Borgo or the Case; the Casetta Bella is 60 m² over 2 floors. If Booking.com only says Superior, ask which area you are in.

Which seller was cheapest, and is it the same room?

On 26 November Etrip.net, Vio.com and goseek.com, which name no room. In La Corte with free cancellation on 30 March, the hotel and Hotels.com tie and Booking.com is €10 above.

Is Expedia cheaper?

On 26 November and 8 May Expedia.it shows €1 under Booking.com, on 30 March €10. It names no room, so ask which room and which cancellation term you are buying.

What is the cheapest month?

March, with a typical night at €528, then November. Of the summer months, September.

Can you come in winter?

Nights run to 5 January, Christmas included, from €622 on the 24th and €660 on the 25th. From 20 March rooms are back. In between, ask the hotel.
