The indoor pool and hot tub at the spa1 are on the 9th floor of Four Seasons Toronto, with loungers beside tall windows and an outdoor terrace.

You can book a single massage or a tailored spa day with treatments, steam rooms, the pool and relaxation lounges. On the massage menu2, Aroma Relaxing, Deep Tissue and Himalayan Salt Stone start at C$245 for 60 minutes or C$345 for 90. The booking calendar gives the price for the selected date and treatment.

The spa changing rooms have showers, code-operated lockers, seating and spaces to rest before a treatment. The visitor guidance3 provides a robe and slippers; anyone coming down from their room may arrive in a bathrobe. Bring swimwear for the water: a visitor writing in June 2026 liked the large steam room in the changing area, but had skipped the shared hot tub because they had not brought a swimming costume.

For food there is Cloud 9 Oasis5, near the pool: a dining lounge used throughout the year and a terrace in summer, reserved for spa guests, hotel guests and residents. It serves lighter dishes. The building also has Café Boulud, d|bar and Le Café.

The Fitness Centre4 is restricted to staying guests and residents. Announced open on 12 May 2026, the new 325 m² space occupies the 8th floor. It has cardio and strength equipment, a functional training zone and a Movement Studio. Access runs around the clock, with staff from 6am to 9pm.

A visitor writing in June 2026 remembers a salt-stone massage, lunch on the terrace and children arriving later with pool toys. The official timetable1 divides weekend and holiday swimming into relaxation sessions for ages 16 and over and family sessions; Monday to Thursday family swimming runs throughout the opening hours.

Making time for the massage and the water

  • Choose 60 or 90 minutes

For a shorter massage, look at a weekday. Saturday and Sunday appointments are 90 minutes only; read the selected date’s price in the public calendar.

  • Allow time to change

The spa advises arriving half an hour early to change, complete its questionnaire and use the facilities. Hair and nail appointments need 5–10 minutes instead.

  • Locker and robe

Choose your own digital locker code. A robe and slippers are provided, and the changing rooms stock shower products and grooming supplies for getting ready afterwards.

  • Use the right session

Friday to Sunday and on holidays, noon–4pm and 7–9pm are relaxation sessions for ages 16 and over. Staying families swim 9am–noon and 4–7pm.

  • Lunch at Cloud 9 Oasis

The lounge beside the pool is used throughout the year; its terrace is a summer setting. It serves spa visitors, staying guests and residents.

  • Phones and photographs

The spa requires phones on silent and discreet use, and prohibits photographs, videos and recordings inside its facilities.

Four Seasons Toronto spa: questions before you book

Can you book without staying at the hotel?

Yes. Visitors can book treatments and tailored spa days; the gym remains restricted to staying guests and residents.

What does a massage start at?

Aroma Relaxing and Deep Tissue start at C$245 for 60 minutes, or C$345 for 90 minutes. Northern Lomi Lomi starts at C$255 and C$355 respectively.

What is the day-pass price?

There is no single published tariff for facilities alone: the site offers tailored days and a treatment booking calendar.

When are the pool relaxation hours?

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays: noon–4pm and 7–9pm, with a minimum age of 16.

Can you book a 60-minute massage on Sunday?

The published rule reserves Saturdays and Sundays for 90-minute massages. Choose another day for a 60-minute appointment.

Fitness access is for hotel guests and residents only. Their 8th-floor facility remains open 24 hours.
