Grand Hotel Tremezzo prices turn first on the window: on Saturday 10 April 2027 the hotel’s park-view Prestige for 2 costs €1,100 and the lake-view one €1,650, breakfast and VAT in, city tax out. The hotel reopens on 12 March.

If the park will do, I’d come from 12 March to 15 April, when nights start at €991 on Google. For summer take August or September over June: almost every night from 1 August to 25 September starts at €1,760, the park-view Prestige, against a typical June night at €2,420.

Grand Hotel Tremezzo month by month, March to September 2027

From 12 March to 15 April Google’s lowest line¹ stays around €1,000, between €991 and €1,055. Then it climbs in steps: €1,313 on Thursday 29 April, €1,760 on Saturday 22 May, €2,420 on Saturday 29 May. A typical night costs €1,047 in April, €2,420 in June, the dearest month, and €1,980 in July. August falls, and from Sunday the 1st the line holds at €1,760, the park-view Prestige⁵, until Saturday 25 September, bar 2 nights. Sunday 26 September is €1,596.

Saturday 10 April, seller by seller. The hotel² lists €1,100, its Park View Prestige on the Bed & Breakfast rate⁵. Booking.com and Hotels.com are at €1,110 for the same room, and all 3 are free to cancel until 26 March: at Booking.com those €10 are the city tax. Expedia.it, Priceline and Mr & Mrs Smith show €1,110 and name no room, and nobody below names a room or a term: Super.com €991, Luxury Escapes €1,050, Closest Hotel €1,051. Tuesday 20 April looks the same, with Super.com at €1,010 and the hotel again at €1,100.

By Saturday 15 May the park-view Prestige has left the stage. The hotel’s €2,200⁵ is the park-view Deluxe, cancellable until 23 April; Booking.com and Hotels.com show that room at €2,210 and the lake-view Prestige at €2,320. On Wednesday 9 June only the hotel and Mr & Mrs Smith remain, both at the same figure.

That 10 April as a bill, bought from the hotel. The room² is €1,000, 10% VAT is €100, and the hotel’s listing stops at €1,100. City tax⁹ for 2 adds €10 and you reach €1,110, Booking.com’s figure.

The rest of the spending happens by the lake. In 2026¹¹ guests note €40 for a cappuccino and a spritz in August, €28 for a pizza in June and about €500 for 2 at a fine-dining dinner that same month. In July a family paid €95 a head at a buffet, 7-year-old included.

5 things to settle before paying

Get park or lake in writing
A line that only says Prestige is not enough: this is the word that moves the bill most.
Get breakfast confirmed at an agency
From the hotel it comes with the Bed & Breakfast rate, along with the facilities. Hotels.com’s Prestige lines mark it too. Elsewhere, ask.
Ask where the city tax is paid
In the price or at departure: it changes every comparison you make.
Check the last day of free cancellation
In April it falls 15 days before arrival, from May 22. Past that date, ask how much they keep.
Book parking and ask the figure
Valet has few spaces. Ask whether your rate includes it or it is an extra a night.

What stands before the entrance

The pool on the lake and the lido lie across the road from the palace, and Bellagio faces it over the water. The Villa Carlotta ferry pier, for the boats from Bellagio and Como, is 3 minutes on foot from the entrance, 201 metres along the mapped path.

What the entry room is and what the others add

The entry room is the Park View Prestige³: tall windows onto the green, pastel colours, a bow window or a balcony, and the lake on the far side of the building. The lake-view Prestige is the same 35 m², with a balcony. The Deluxe goes up to 40 m²⁴ with room for a child: on 10 April Booking.com has it at €1,550 over the park and €2,210 over the lake. The park-view Deluxe undercuts the lake-view Prestige on 15 May too, but it does not look at the water.
