T Spa has a house to itself: Villa Emilia, in the Grand Hotel Tremezzo’s park, set apart from the main palace. The infinity pool, the hammam and the treatments are all in there, and the short walk across the garden is enough to change the pace of the day.
Walk down to the shore and the pool changes its mind. Across the Regina road, Water On the Water floats on Lake Como, and the lido’s beach brings you closer still to the open water. Down here the season is in charge: the hotel reopened for 2026 on 19 March, and its booking system sold rooms up to the night of 1 November.
The spa and the lake keep different rules. T Spa’s thermal area is for over-16s, from 9am to 8pm; the Flowers Pool and the lido take children too, and follow the season. So a whole day in the water starts in the villa and ends on the lake.
To piece this day together we read T Spa’s PDF menu and the hotel’s own pages on the spa, the pools and the lido, set 4 other lake spas beside it, and watched 3 videos shot between the villa, the shore and the Flowers Pool. Then we searched the 1,071 Google reviews that carry a text: 58 talk about the spa, and 4, between 2023 and July 2026, describe the same small luxury, having it all to themselves, for an hour they had booked or around a massage.
Mornings belong to Villa Emilia, well back from the road; afternoons to the lido and the lake. 2 things set the pace: the spa’s hours, from 9am to 8pm, and the season of the outdoor pools.
Villa Emilia was once Villa Carlotta’s library, and its mosaic floors are the originals. You reach it from the end of the lobby corridor, or by the main lift for the infinity pool; the changing rooms have lockers, but the menu asks that jewellery and valuables stay in your room safe.
The Flowers Pool lies in the garden, rimmed in travertine, half in sun and half in shade, with the lake in view. Down on the water, the WOW pool floats beside the T Beach lido: real sand, sun loungers and orange-and-white parasols.
Lunch is a choice between the wood-fired oven at T Pizza, beside the Flowers Pool, and seafood at da Giacomo al Lago on the beach, served all day and into the evening. The lido sits across the lakeside road, so the walk back to the spa crosses it again.
The T Spa menu names one ritual after the lake, the Lake Como Sleep Ritual: 110 minutes, €350. The Hammam Ritual runs 60 minutes for €250, and a couples massage 50 or 80 minutes for €400 or €500, with products from Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella and Transvital. Book ahead: cancel inside 24 hours and you pay in full.
A sauna that looks out over the lake, an aromatic steam bath and a tepidarium, then the ice fountain and a sensory shower, and something light in the relaxation lounge. Book your slot, as the menu advises. The infinity pool finishes the circuit, with an outdoor Jacuzzi, bubble beds and massage jets.
Infinitely Private hands T Spa over to the two of you from 7pm to 10pm: 150 minutes with the thermal area, a 50-minute couples massage and a drink by the infinity pool, for €1,200 on the menu.
Out in the garden, the private Spa Suite has its own whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and cascade shower, sold as a package of 110 or 140 minutes, €700 or €800 with a couples massage. With the spa closed, an aperitivo at the T Bar.

On the park side you sleep well back from the road, a few steps from Villa Emilia.

Of 1,989 Google reviews of Tremezzo read on 21 September 2026, 58 mention the spa, massage or wellness. 50 of the 58 give the whole hotel 4 or 5 stars, and the stars rate the stay as a whole. They speak for the people who wrote them: massages and views they loved. On busy days it pays to fix your time and treatment in advance, as the spa menu suggests.

You pay separately for treatments, for the hammam, which comes as a ritual from €250 for an hour, and for the private Spa Suite.
Not with a day pass: in its answers on booking sites in 2023 and 2024, the hotel keeps its facilities and pools for guests with a room, though a local guide claimed the opposite in 2017. A treatment is the way in. Replying to a Google review in December 2023, the hotel told a non-resident that a treatment of 50 minutes or more brings 2 hours in the spa, wet area aside; on the 2026 menu that is a 50-minute massage at €200.
No. Tremezzo keeps a season: on 27 September 2026 its booking system sold rooms up to the night of 1 November and again from the night of 12 March 2027, and it reopened for 2026 on 19 March. The MICHELIN Guide puts the close at the end of October and Expedia has it shut through March; the dates on sale are the ones that count.
