Families with under-18s need another plan: the spa facilities are for adults only, and treatments for younger guests are arranged with the spa.

Facials

Massages on the menu

Sea Shell Serenity works on tension with warmed tiger clam shells and aromatherapy oils: $360 for 110 minutes, $265 for 80. Optimal Release, an Oriental-inspired massage, stretches muscles and joints after a foot ritual, a body exfoliation and a facial cleanse: $380 for 110 minutes, $280 for 80.²

In Rhythmic Balance 2 therapists work together, 4 hands at once, and finish with a scalp massage: $350 for 50 minutes, $500 for 80. The Mindful Massage starts with guided breathing and visualisation and includes a scalp massage with warm rose quartz crystals: $265 for 80 minutes.²

The Golfers Tonic, 50 minutes for $265, begins with a foot soak and scrub, massages legs and feet, then exfoliates the back and massages it with hot stones. Bahamian Influence costs $360 for 110 minutes; the 80-minute version keeps the poultice massage and leaves out the scrub and the face.²

Before booking

Can spa visitors use the pools or the beach?

No: the pools and beach are kept for resort guests, and Baha Mar sells no day pass; the Baha Bay water park sells its own.³

Can I have a treatment while pregnant?

Yes, from the second trimester there are treatments designed for expectant mothers, and for nursing mothers too; the spa team helps you choose.²

How early should I arrive?

Up to 15 minutes ahead, to change, relax and use the spa facilities; arriving late shortens the treatment.²

Can teenagers use the gym?

From 13 to 17, yes, with a parent or guardian aged 18 or over present throughout the workout.²

What should I bring?

No towels or robe: the spa provides towels, robes, slippers and any amenities you need during the visit.²
