Frank Xu’s route to Geneva

The menu includes dishes for sharing.² Frank Xu¹ comes from Shenzhen, the 3rd generation of a family of chefs, with more than 30 years’ experience. Before Geneva, he worked at a major Parisian establishment.

Roasting¹ has a central place in the kitchen.

There are private rooms and a terrace overlooking the lake and the Alps⁵. Inside, red velvet, black lacquer and silk evoke a Shanghai grand hotel of the 1930s¹.
