The heat is not for everyone
The hammam’s heat is not recommended for anyone with circulation problems, high blood pressure or breathing difficulties.²

Before booking

Can I use the pool without a treatment?

The pool and fitness studio are kept for guests of the hotel and its apartments, people booking a private lesson and members.¹

What will I need?

The spa provides a robe, slippers, disposable underwear, towels, toiletries and a locker with a code. In the fitness studio, wear sports shoes: flip-flops and slippers are not allowed.¹

How late can I cancel?

Up to 6 hours before, letting the spa know between 9am and 9pm; after that, the full treatment is charged.²

Can I have a treatment while pregnant?

Yes, from the start of the second trimester: tell reception, who will help you choose the most suitable treatments.¹

What should I mention when I book?

Your state of health and any allergies; on arrival you will be given a health questionnaire.¹

Can I give a treatment as a present?

Yes: every treatment, packages included, can be bought as a named voucher valid for 1 year, online or at the spa desk; it cannot be exchanged or refunded.²
