Served until 11am every day. The earlier breakfast in the Epicure dining room is kept for people staying in the hotel.
Le Bristol Paris restaurants number 3 for now: Epicure, the 3-star dining room, with tasting menus at €360 and €490; Café Antonia, open every day; and Le Jardin Français, in the courtyard garden. 114 Faubourg, which the hotel lists with one MICHELIN star, is temporarily closed until further notice.

A 3-star lunch or dinner at Epicure, jacket on, between Tuesday and Saturday.
Epicure prices114 Faubourg is closed with no reopening date; Epicure shuts on Sunday and Monday.
Other palace tablesWhat 112 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré was serving on 11 October 2026.
Epicure is Arnaud Faye’s. The MICHELIN Guide, which gives it 3 stars in its 2026 France selection, describes Louis XVI furniture, mirrors and tall French windows on the greenery, bread made in the hotel from heirloom wheat and sauces that are light yet highly concentrated. The restaurant asks for smart dress and will not admit sportswear, T-shirts, shorts or flip-flops.
The tasting menu read on 11 October 2026 has 8 courses: crab with buckwheat and salicornia, mackerel with fennel and bottarga, John Dory with courgette and lovage, red mullet with cœur de bœuf tomato, pigeon with Yvelines corn and wild mushrooms, cheeses from the cellar, a liquorice-infused fig and Pompona vanilla from Peru. The 6-course version drops the John Dory and the vanilla. A vegetable tasting menu, built on Île-de-France squash, fennel, carrots with verbena and corn with polenta, comes in the same 2 lengths.
À la carte, starters go from mackerel with a caviar remoulade at €105 to large langoustines with ravioli and a wild mushroom broth at €180. Fish cost €105 to €130; pigeon is €120, lamb with aubergine from the Oise valley €105 and milk-fed veal sweetbread with Menton lemon €155. Cheese is €39 and desserts are €46 to €53.
Café Antonia, which the hotel describes as frescoed and hung with crystal chandeliers, takes the rest of the day. On its menu a cheeseburger with Bristol sauce or a hand-cut beef tartare with fries is €59, a croque-monsieur with black truffle butter €67, a lobster roll €75 and sole meunière €98. The fettuccine with langoustines, at €68, is made in the Ateliers du Bristol, the hotel’s own workshops. Le Jardin Français is the courtyard among greenery and roses, and there the hotel strongly recommends a reservation.
114 Faubourg, Vincent Schmit’s brasserie with an open kitchen, is listed by the hotel with one MICHELIN star and a notice in bold: temporarily closed until further notice. Its page still prints daily lunch and dinner hours and a weekday menu at €75 or €100, and the hotel’s dining page offers no booking link for it.
At Le Bar du Bristol the cocktail list takes its ideas from those workshops: Bakery Fantasy is vodka infused with brioche, Al Dente a tequila infused with toasted wheat, Say Cheese!!! a pecorino liqueur topped with Champagne. Most cost €34, the 2 with Champagne €36 and the alcohol-free Wellness Potion €26.
Guests’ reviews on Google take in the cheaper tables too. One, in September 2026, told of a weekend with lunch at Café Antonia and a breakfast at Epicure remembered as refined and gargantuan. Another, the same month, had ordered a peach Melba in the garden of Le Jardin Français in August and wrote of coming back on every trip to Paris.
The Penthouse sitting room, the Honeymoon’s blue bedroom, breakfast on the Panoramique terrace and the Lumière sitting room, followed by bread being served at Epicure.
