Le Sirenuse Positano prices: the courtyard, the sea, the service
Le Sirenuse Positano prices start at a room with no sea: on Tuesday 11 May 2027 the hotel’s €1,782 for 2, breakfast and VAT in, only reaches the Courtyard Room. The first sea view that night starts at €2,360 plus tax. The season opens on 27 March.

Le Sirenuse month by month, March to September 2027
The season is short and starts low. On Saturday 27 March Google’s lowest line1 is €1,033, on Wednesday the 31st it falls to €788, and a typical April night is €1,010. Then May changes gear: from the 1st the typical night is €1,788 and it stays there to September, €1,797 in July, €1,663 in August, with a low of €1,388 on Sunday 8 August. From 16 to 24 April there is no price: the hotel’s booking page6 takes no arrivals on those days.
That almost flat figure is the courtyard. On the hotel’s booking page6 the Courtyard Room starts at €1,620 before tax on 11 May and €1,750 on 15 June; the Classic Sea View at €2,360 and €3,220, the Deluxe Sea View at €2,620 and €3,470. Summer is paid by whoever wants the sea.
So the seller rows sell different rooms. On Tuesday 11 May the hotel2 lists €1,782, its Courtyard Room with VAT; Booking.com €2,826 and Expedia.it €3,070, naming no room: at those figures the hotel already sells the sea. On Wednesday 31 March Booking.com names its Standard Double or Twin with Sea View at €1,143, and Super.com, below the hotel, shows €788 and states neither room nor terms. On Saturday 31 July the hotel’s Courtyard Room is €1,925, while eDreams shows €3,861 and names no room.
That 11 May as a bill, bought from the hotel. The rate2 is €1,620, 10% VAT is €162, and you are at €1,782. City tax7 for 2 adds €10, the discretionary service3 at 4% of the rate about €65, and you reach about €1,857. With a car, valet3 at about €100 a day takes the night to about €1,957.
Guests describe the same jump. In July 20259 one writes of rooms above €2,000 a night in high season, in November 2024 another of more than €3,200. In October 2025 a guest finds the €100 for parking fair, given what parking is in Positano.
5 things to settle before paying
- Say which view you are paying for
Agencies rarely name the room. If you want the sea, ask for the Classic Sea View on your date.
- Ask whether the discretionary service applies
The room terms put it at 4%. Confirm the percentage and the figure it is worked out on.
- Ask when the city tax is paid
The town applies it from 1 April to 31 October: for March nights, ask.
- Read the terms before you confirm
The hotel shows them during booking, and they change with the rate and the season.
- Book the valet ahead
The hotel has no garage of its own. Arrange any transfer before you travel, and get the price.

What the entry room is and what the others add

The Courtyard Room4 faces the inner courtyard: 22 m², an espresso machine, and at most a small or French balcony. It costs less because the sea is not there. The sea arrives with the Classic Sea View5, 24 m², on the lower floors, with a 4 m² balcony and Li Galli in the distance. Between the 2 sit the Pool Terrace View rooms, 25 to 32 m², on the pool’s floor: on 15 June they start at €2,5406 before tax. The full view begins with the Deluxe.
