What forms of ID are accepted?

Bring a valid passport issued at age 18 or older, with no missing pages or handwritten details. The venue also accepts the listed US, Canadian, English, Irish and European driving licences, military ID and Mexican voter ID. Expired documents and student cards are excluded.²

Can everyone access the main dance floor?

Access may be limited when the area reaches capacity, particularly during the headliner’s performance. Keep the surrounding walkways clear.²

Do I need to print my ticket?

The venue can scan a printed ticket or the ticket on a smartphone.²

What is the refund policy?

The 13 November presale ticket is final sale: no refund, exchange or cancellation under its standard terms.⁴
