Passalacqua prices per night: $1,142 before tax for a Room in the Palazz

With Passalacqua prices per night, I would settle the building before the upgrade. Hotels.com quotes $1,142 before tax for a Room in the Palazz on 1 December 2026.

The villa lit at dusk above its terraced gardens, with the lake and the mountains behind

I would start with December or the reopening months

December’s typical night is $1,274 with tax, against $3,080 in July. Moving the visit would be my first price comparison if the dates can change.

Passalacqua closes from early January to early March⁵. Ask for the exact reopening date before fixing a spring trip.

The Room in the Palazz³ looks onto the courtyard between the Palazz and the Villa. A lake view would need a different category.

The Palazz room has different prices across the storefronts

Hotels.com, Expedia and Travelocity name the same Room in the Palazz, for the same night and cancellation date, at different amounts.

1 December 2026: one night for 2 adults

Seller	Room	A night	Free cancellation until
Hotels.com	Room in the Palazz	$1,142	9 November 2026
Expedia.com	Room in the Palazz	$1,191	9 November 2026
Travelocity.com	Room in the Palazz	$1,191	9 November 2026

One night for 2 adults; before tax, with compulsory hotel charges included. Prices in US dollars. The room title and cancellation match; ask for the meals to match before comparing the whole stay. Prices from Google Hotels, 31 October 2026.

I would settle the building and the payment terms

A lake outlook needs the category that gives it
Have the desired outlook named in the offer before paying for it. A building name alone would not settle that choice.
Keep the charge date beside the refund deadline
Ask when the card will be charged and what would be refunded if the trip changes. Keep both terms with the room quote.
