Wood-fired pizza at Reethi Grill, a table over the water at Dhiyavaru, Vakaru’s buffet: your meal plan determines how often you can alternate them without paying for another dinner.
Coming back from the beach and taking a drink from the minibar is one of the everyday differences. Standard excludes it and serves house wine by the glass. Premium includes water, soft drinks, beer, wine, rum, gin, vodka and whisky in the minibar, with unlimited refills on request each day. At the table, Premium also offers house wine by the bottle according to the menu.
An evening at Reethi Grill followed by another at Dhiyavaru calls for a different allowance from daily buffets. Standard includes one à la carte dinner from 7 consecutive nights. With Premium, each lunch and dinner is a choice of buffet or the selected menus at Dhiyavaru, Reethi Grill, Raalhu and Veggie & Vegan; you cannot combine the 2 options at one meal. Book 24 hours ahead: opening, weather and available tables apply, and signature dishes and premium drinks retain their exclusions. Request a separate quotation for private dinner.
Both plans include a sunset dhoni outing and a view beneath the hull in a transparent canoe, each once per person per stay. Check places, weather, the minimum participant count and timetable when booking; management may change the programme. Premium adds equipment rental for windsurfing, canoe and SUP once per stay, subject to weather and availability. Before taking children to the sports centre, ask about eligible ages and any minimum stay, whether lessons and transfers are included, and any additional cost.
At Coconut Spa, Premium leaves you paying for your chosen individual treatment with 15% off throughout the stay, without combining offers. Reserve the treatment you want; the discount does not provide a day pass. For snorkelling beyond the house reef, the listing “3 Special single Snorkeling Excursions” gives US$115 plus taxes and service, entrance fees excluded, instead of US$125. Ask the dive centre which outings that price covers. The daily guided house-reef visit is included separately.

Both plans start with the same breakfast and afternoon tea. Dinner and the minibar are where Standard and Premium part company.

Of the 8 categories, choose Deluxe Beach Pool for a private pool or Water Villa for a room above the lagoon.
Garden Villas open onto greenery; from Deluxe Beach Villas you step onto the sand. Water Villas line the lagoon walkways, with Sunset View facing west. Choose Deluxe Beach Pool to swim in private; the 2-bedroom water suite has a spa tub on its deck. Travelling as a group, have a villa with confirmed occupancy assigned: the catalogue and FAQ give different limits, and the children’s offer adds no beds. Identify the villa behind the Google price before booking too.

2 children under 11.99 at check-out, sharing with 2 adults, stay and eat free on the adults’ plan. On Standard their meals are at Vakaru; Premium also lets them order from the children’s à la carte menus. Before booking, confirm a villa with the right occupancy and any code, new-booking requirement or deadline: free meals add no beds.

- Guest experiences rather than plan rules
Among the 500 reviews read, from March 2019 to 3 October 2026, meal charges recur. Writing on 25 September 2026, one all-inclusive guest reports being asked to pay for dinner delivery to the villa during severe weather.
Questions before choosing the plan
Does dine-around include any dish?
No. Premium covers selected à la carte menus; signature dishes and starred premium drinks carry a 25% discount for the 1 May 2026–6 January 2028 plan period. Book 24 hours ahead, subject to opening, weather and available seats. Meal discounts exclude Huvandhu Garden and private beach dinner.
Does lounge access make transfers free?
No. Plans valid 1 May 2026–6 January 2028 include TMA Neeri lounge entry on arrival; food and drinks at the terminal are charged. Get a separate price for return transfers, and allow for waits as well as flight and boat times.
Do sports include instruction?
Premium covers equipment rental only for windsurfing, canoe and SUP, once per stay and subject to weather and availability, from 1 May 2026 to 6 January 2028. Both PDFs require reservations and available courts for sports; a new set of tennis balls costs US$15. Ask the sports centre for lesson prices and times.
How should Google’s 3 nights be read?
For 2 adults and 3 nights on 16–19 November 2026, Google showed US$775 total, roughly US$258 nightly including taxes and fees, read on 5 October. Compare the stay total: the rounded amounts do not equal exactly 3 times the nightly figure. The separate one-night, 2-adult calendar helps you look at other dates; for either price, ask which villa, Standard or Premium plan and transport you are buying.
Can I combine buffet and à la carte?
No: on Premium, choose the buffet or à la carte for each lunch and dinner. The plan runs 1 May 2026–6 January 2028, from check-in until noon on departure; opening, weather, available seats and 24-hour advance booking still apply. Sign for what you order using your room number.
