I would ask for the Water Villa Sunset View: 95 m², facing west over the water, with a private deck for the sunset. The standard Water Villa has the same layout, décor and amenities; the difference is orientation.

Dhiyavaru stands over the lagoon and stays open 24 hours. Across the 6 restaurants and 6 bars, there are themed buffets at Vakaru and tandoori cooking and wood-fired pizzas at Reethi Grill; your meal plan determines which dinners are covered.
Coconut Spa has private treatment rooms among the coconut palms, a sauna, steam room, spa tub and relaxation area. Its linked menu includes tax and service but carries no effective date; ask the spa for current prices.
The gym looks over the lagoon from the upper floor. There are also 2 outdoor tennis courts, 2 indoor badminton courts, squash and basketball; book a court before playing.
The main pool uses filtered freshwater. Deluxe Beach Pool Villas have their own unheated freshwater pool, 7 × 4 metres and 1.2 metres deep.

Confirm buggy transport, beach service and wheelchair-accessible routes before booking. For diving, ask the centre which activity suits each child’s age: the answers give different thresholds of 8, 10 and 11. For a large family, confirm the 2-bedroom villa’s occupancy; the catalogue and FAQ differ, so do not book simply on an 8-guest limit.

MIRA lists tourism TGST at 17% from 1 July 2025 and resort Green Tax at USD12 per person per day of stay from 1 January 2025, exempt below age 2. A Google quote already including taxes and fees must not be taxed again. Base prices, an offer’s service supplement and transfers remain distinct; older menus at 16% retain their dates.
