Google Hotels, read on 5 October 2026 for one night and 2 adults, showed US$4,909 for 10 October 2026, US$4,907 for 4 November 2026, US$4,974 for 5 December 2026 and US$3,794 for 1 March 2027. Google was set to include taxes and fees, but gave no nightly tax breakdown; its calendar does not say which villa, or whether meals and the speedboat are in the price.

For a week from 16 to 23 November 2026, Google showed TUI at US$2,489 a night, US$17,421 for the 7 nights with taxes and fees; the resort itself showed an Ocean Pool Villa for 2 at US$2,866 a night, US$20,059 for the week in the headline and US$20,060 rounded in the detail. The 7-night quotes and the calendar’s single nights are different products; they do not establish a price for the same room on the same terms.

Among the nights Google returned for 2027, the monthly lows were US$5,424 on 16 January, 1 February and 5 April 2027, and US$4,845 on 6 May, 1 June, 1 July and 1 August 2027. September 2027 showed 30 dates without a price. Google Hotels · Google Hotels

A ring built over the lagoon, with 9 treatment rooms, one a spa suite with its own lounge, plus a beauty salon and a boutique. Treatments use Bamford products. The resort’s pages list no day pass or price for outside visitors; a guest staying at Patina, about 10 minutes away by boat, wrote in May 2026 of coming over for dinner at Summer Pavilion. The Ocean Pool Villa faces sunrise and the Lagoon Pool Villa sunset; the Beach Pool Villa faces sunrise, the Sunset Beach Pool Villa sunset. The Estate, on a private beach cove, has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; its 1,500 m² include the grounds, and the current pages give no capacity. By speedboat from the airport, on demand, 24 hours a day. The return fare is US$1,027 net per adult and US$514 net per child, with 10% service and 17% government tax included; the resort gives no age limit for the child fare. Its airport panel shows the adult fare as US$1,027.02.

About 45 minutes, according to the resort’s 2021 fact sheet and to guests in 2021 and 2026; one writing in October 2025 gives 50, another about 70 by yacht in March 2026. Embrace Island Life (code TRS) includes half board and shared return transfers for stays from 16 June to 20 December 2026. Exceptional Dining (ES1), from 16 June to 23 December 2026, gives breakfast at La Locanda, dinner at a restaurant of your choice and the same transfers. The text read from the 2 pages states neither a minimum stay nor terms on drinks; the full terms could not be read. 2 guests with dinners included, writing in 2023 and 2025, were offered extras at 50% off.

Stay Longer (LTS) asks for at least 7 nights and includes breakfast and return transfers. Full Board with Transfer and a Split Stay, between an overwater and a beach villa, are also listed, but their full terms could not be read. You can swim from the villa, and guests see rays and baby sharks beneath the overwater decks. On coral their accounts differ: “no coral” in July 2022, “limited coral and marine life” in December 2023 and no house reef in February 2026, against 2 guests, in 2022 and 2023, who snorkelled what they call the house reef from their villas. 5 guests call the islands man-made. Ritz Kids takes ages 4–12, with play indoors and out, napping pods, games, films and a pool with slides and jets; a separate tennis programme has racket games for ages 3–11. Babysitting is charged. A guest in June 2024 wrote that the resort provides a cot, a pram and a bottle steriliser for a baby.

The resort arranges weddings, vow renewals and celebrations. Its events page lists the 110 m² Estate Living Room with no capacity, no wedding price, and nothing on whether a ceremony here is legally binding.

What it does price is Dining by Design: a private dinner at US$450 per person, Cinema Under the Stars at US$550 per couple, dinner on a sandbank at US$1,900 per person, plus 28.7% taxes and service. The scores on 5 October 2026: Google 4.8/5 from 381 ratings, Tripadvisor 4.9/5 from 1,024, Booking.com 9.7/10 from 32 and Expedia 9.8/10 from 11. Of the 297 Google reviews with text since the opening, 2021–2026, 90 mention the villas and 260 the service, and 91% of each group write well of them.

The names that recur are those of the Aris Meeha, the butlers assigned to each villa; guests come back to a drawing in the sand at the door. They write, too, of breakfast at La Locanda and of the bicycles kept at each villa. Several warn about the bill; service and taxes go on top of listed prices. Google · Booking.com
