Guests write of spacious villas with a private pool, of the white sand and of the staff who welcomed and served them, often thanked by name; requests go by WhatsApp. The same reviews keep returning to 3 things: little live coral off the beach, so snorkelling means the boat trips; seaplanes heard from the villas nearest the landing point; and loose boards on the wooden walkways.
