Ritz-Carlton Maldives prices: a night month by month, and the boat on top

We read Google Hotels’ calendar for The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands on 11 October 2026: one night, 2 adults, US dollars, every night to 31 October 2027. It priced 319 nights, the last on 5 September 2027. Each figure is the lowest Google showed for that night. Google does not say which villa it is for, whether meals are in it, or whether taxes and the boat are. For the night of 12 October it was the resort’s own offer on the card: an Ocean Pool Villa for 2 at $4,974, with the Beach Pool Villa at $5,617 and the Sunset Beach Pool Villa at $5,907.

Through the rest of October and all of November the calendar moved between $4,909 and $5,874, with a middle night of $4,974 in both months. December began the same way and broke on the 18th: $9,800 on 18 and 19 December, $10,444 on the 20th and 21st, $10,700 on the 22nd and 23rd. From 24 December to 1 January, and on 3 January, there was no price. The nights of 2 and 4 January were $10,700 again, Tuesday 5 January was $23,570, and on Sunday 10 January the figure was back at $5,553.

From 16 January to the end of April the floor was $5,424, the price of 70 nights. 3 stretches rose to $5,765, from 3 to 12 February, 8 to 13 March and 28 March to 4 April, and the highest night of the season was Saturday 27 March, at $6,261. The first 5 nights of May read $5,682. From Thursday 6 May the calendar did not move again: $4,845 on all 123 nights to 5 September 2027.

A single night is a poor guide to a week here. On 5 October 2026 we priced 7 nights for 2 from 16 to 23 November: Google showed the resort’s own rate for an Ocean Pool Villa at $2,866 a night, $20,059 in all with taxes and fees, and the tour operator TUI at $2,489 a night. The calendar’s one-night figure for 16 November, read on 11 October, was $4,909. Neither Google nor the resort says why the 2 differ, or whether either figure carries meals or the transfer.

The boat comes on top unless the rate says otherwise. The resort’s own page gives the return speedboat, on demand at any hour, as $1,027 net per adult and $514 net per child, 10% service charge and 17% government tax included: $2,054 for 2 adults, $2,568 with one child. Some rates carry it. Embrace Island Life, to be booked by 31 October 2026, adds half board and return shared transfers; Stay Longer with Us, for stays of at least 7 nights, adds breakfast at La Locanda, 3 pieces of laundry a day and the same transfers. The state’s own charges are the tourism GST, 17% since 1 July 2025, and the Green Tax.

We had read the same calendar on 4 October 2026. Of the 304 nights priced on both days, 261 were within $5 of each other, 25 were higher on 11 October and 18 lower. The 11 nights from 12 to 22 October went from $4,908 or $4,909 to $4,974. 4 nights that had stood at about $9,150 came down: 30 October to $5,682, 2 November to $5,167, 10 November to $4,974 and 24 November to $5,553. On the card for 12 October, $9,156 was the price of the 2-bedroom Overwater Pool Villa; the calendar does not say that this is what those 4 nights had been.

On Google, guests accept the rate and argue with the extras. One, in June 2025, found the final bill about 30% above the prices quoted for services, because taxes and service charge are added to what is listed. Another, the same month, gave 2 examples from the menus: a juice at $15 and a poke bowl at $48. In March 2026 a guest wrote that everything is dear and that you know it before you go; in July 2026 another was glad of the boat, which let them reach the island the evening they landed instead of spending a night in Malé.

The calendar has 3 plateaus and one wall: $4,845 from May to September, about $4,950 in October and November, $5,424 from mid-January to April, and then the 3 weeks from 18 December. Outside those weeks the dearest plateau and the cheapest are about $600 a night apart, less than the boat for one adult.
